staff at reception very pleasant & helpful Unfortunately extremely noisy in room...works going on in hotel (renovation?). Plumbing extremely noisy whenever anyone had a shower felt like pipes were going to explode! |

Location on shopping street, Supermarket and Metro just across the street but metro is useless anyway, only use when carrying luggage from hotel to train station n vice versa, and the room is quite big and nice Hotel staffs not welcoming at all especially night shift, and the check-in day i have to wait about 5 minutes till he shown up |

The hotel was a 5 min walk away from the Railway Station and in the middle of a main shopping street. The metro was a couple of mins away and everything was within a short walking distance. The room was small and overlooked a service courtyard so we kept the curtains closed and the lights on. |

it was very central, right beside metro stop (Colon) and beside busy shopping street. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, there was quite a lot of noise from the street at night time. Staff were very friendly. |
