Location is excellent for city trip and shopping. Lot of restaurants were available quite near the hotel. Metro station was not far away and local metro network is functional.

Noise from street was disturbing while sleeping at night time, balcony door was not lockable, not in function. Cleaner did not clean floors during our five night visit. My asthma was not very fond of dusty facilities.

It was good to store baggage.

Late check in times. Rude, dishonest staff. Tiny rooms. Expensive breakfast. Loud neighbours. Smelly hallways. Dodgy elevators. General feeling of our presence not wanted.

many things in the bathroom missing (no shower curtain, slippery floor, no bathroom handle)

The staff at reception were excellent really helpful and the breakfast was very good although a bit pricey but worth it. Our room overlooked the Ramblas as we requested but we still managed to sleep well. Everything was clean and well kept. We would certainly recommend this hotel and we would like to return.

Why are all hotel beds so hard!!!!!

The hotel was very shabby. Our room smelt of vomit and smelly feet. We could not change the room as the hotel was fully booked. We were booked for 3 nights and stayed 1. The shower leaked and allowed water to go across the bathroom floor. In the daylight you could see where the floor had not been properly cleaned, hence the smell.

Perfect location! Very welcoming staff (i want to thank personally Mark at the reception who answered every question and provided with any help we needed)...

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely and spacious. The shower was very hot and soothing after a day out and about. The location was superb for getting about Barcelona. The actual building/decor made it special

The only downside was the noise from Las Ramblas - we were facing onto this street and it was very noisy during Sat and Fri night. Even so, with such a location for the Hotel noise is to be expected

The room had no minibar or refrigerator , the bed was on weels and it moved around making it imposible to get a good rest, the cleaning service was very poor I am sorry I didn t took a photo to let you see all of these stuff and then the personel at the reception was very unpolite and un friendly. It claims to be a 3 star but it looked more like a 2 star to us or no stars at all. I wouldnt recomend this hotel and we are very disapointed by their service.

We liked the efficiency and service of one staff member Marc Camenar who was very obliging, quick to act and very friendly and polite. We like the location of the hotel and it's style. We like the size of the bathrooms and the bed

We didn't like the fact that the hotel gives just one rather flat pillow. First stay we asked for more pillows and got just one. Second stay Marc was quick to have pillows delivered and two each. Room 446 has no shelf under the bathroom sink

I stayed here five years ago and liked it so much I returned but it is not as good as I remember. Its location is the only plus point. Oh the shower was superb,

Upon arrival the reception I receoved was functional at best, the room was tired and in need of a paint job. The reception staff did a job but no more. There was no iron abailable in the room nor at reception. There is an ironing and cleaning service but its overnight or more expensive, I only wanted to freshen up a shirt that had been packed but I couldnt very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. The breakfast staff and cleaning staff where all very smiley and happy and polite shame about the reception staff!!

Very helpful staff all speak English, French and Italian, excellent location right at the center of the famous rambla and metro station, clean room and free wifi.

Wireles internet is not working properly...

I stayed at Husa Oriente in december 2012. It was very nice hotel, simple and clean. the staf was very helpful and the location was excellent. it is near by the port, the old city, goel palace and many other locations. in general i would reccomand it to friends and will come back. very good value for money.
