Quite and safe have stayed there before and will go back again

I like Hyde park because it is always quiet by the pool, they are good value for money and are basic but very clean.The staff are friendly and the area is very quiet which is what I am looking for from a holiday.

They are too many charges ie umbrella's,remote control etc, and beds could be more comfortable. But this wouldn't put me off booking them again and have stayed there previously.

price and location were very good. it is only 600metres (approx) from the beach. We have holidayed in lanzarote before and believe for price, location, friendly staff at reception, in the dining room and cleaning ladies, hyde park lane are one of the better places to holiday. We had read reviews which had stated that the beds were hard. We found the beds were fairly solid which we found were good to sleep on. The location is good as its only 8 to 10 mins to the beach and a nice walk to matagorda or to puerto del carmen. the bus for e1.20 takes you to old town from the san antonio hotel. Hyde park lane is in a quiet location and we got a good nights sleep every night. The buffet in the evening was e10 for a 3 course meal which was enjoyable. Hyde park lane is 3 star accomodation and is excellent value for the prices they charge. We have no problem in recommending hyde park lane and hope to return in the future.

close to the beach, good adult swimmming pool although it did not have a shallow end ok if you were a swimmer, good onsite shop, free wifi.

the beds were uncomfortable with poor quality bedding, also the towels that were supplied were of poor quality.

Location was great, appts were very clean and had all essential items provided. Only downside was beds were small and not very comfortable. Only one pillow per person and no more available on request. Very cold in evenings, no heaters available. Extra blankets were available at Reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't try restaurant but relatives who were b & b said breakfast wasn't very good and they only ate at appts on 1st morning. It suited our needs for a cheap & cheerful holiday :-) You get what you pay for!!

Quiet, central suited us to perfection, would stay again

Quiet location with friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned regularly and to a high standard. Two pools, one with a bar and snack facilties. The bungalows are set in nice surroundings and it makes you feel as if you have your own space. The complex is well maintained with a 24 hour reception. The staff are friendly. The complex is betweeen Puerto del Carmen and Playa de los Pocillos and is about a 30 minute walk from either place therefore it is quite quiet, but easy enough to get to the bars and restaurants. The bungalows are perfect for either self catering or not. We love to cook ourselves and the equipment is just right - microwave, hob, pots etc.

Staff very helpful, we had a problem with a noisy fridge, this was changed straight away after we complained

The Hyde Park Lane is in the perfect location, just between Puerto del Carmen and Matagorde, and away from the hustle and bustle of both areas. The apartment layout is simple but you've got everything you need. We went for half board and I have to say the food was fabulous.

Staff were efficient & pleasant. Resort well laid out & good standard of cleanliness.

The staff were all very friendly. The rooms we stayed in was spotless and cleaned almost every day. The pool was lovely and not too crowded

The disposition of the bungalows is well done. The maintenance of the site is optimum. People are friendly. It is good quality for money

The TV channels are targeting german and dutch customers, a little less the English and not at all the end of the world. It is the weakest part of the hotel. So evenings need to be planned carefully.

Beds hard light bulb missing in living room did tell staff but did not fix it while we were there
