The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was quite decent. Additional soap required in the bathroom. The prices of items in the minibar is excessive. The room service menu is very limited.

The helpful and accommodating staff on Reception. The room - very clean, comfortable and stylish. In a hotel like this I would expect a restaurant. The internet stated it was 6.2 km from Majadahonda. It was not it was further and cost me in taxis which , if I had known would not have booked it. The internet distance stated changed to 10 km whilst I was there!

Modern hotel; relatively new. It looks like a former corporate headquarters building and doesn't feel like a hotel. And what is with the "i-everything" moniker; is that supposed to make it hip? It gets annoying after a while when all I want is a coffee not an "i-coffee".

Buena relación calidad-precio. Un poco apartado, pero está cerca de la parada de metro ligero y se llega al centro rápido. Muy facil aparcamiento si vas en cohe. En la zona hay lugares para comer o cenar muy bien de precio. Se oye mucho la calefacción, asi que para algunas personas puede ser un problema para dormir.

Es un hotel confortable y tranquilo, cercano a la Ciudad de la Imagen y a Pozuelo. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno (variedad de embutidos, bollería, fruta, huevos revueltos...), y las habitaciones resultan acogedoras. Debido a la lejanía al centro urbano, le haría falta alguna instalación como gimnasio, piscina o spa. Demasiada luz en la habitación a través del biombo de madera que cubre el ventanal impidió descansar profundamente. Podrían disponer de desayuno algo más tarde los fines de semana. Al baño le falta bidet para ser completo. Los mandos del aire acondicionado son difíciles de ajustar.

Garagem e internet gratuitas, espaço da habitação. A Impossibilidade de ligar o ar condicionado, apesar de a temperatura do quarto acusar 27 graus centígrados. Para poder dormir nesse calor, só sem roupa e sem cobertas. Nada agradável, por essa razão baixei a nota no item conforto.

Un desayuno de lujo. Una habitacion con un diseño moderno y mucho espacio. Una cama grandisima y muy confortable. Acceso muy facil a Madrid por el metro. El cafe del desayuno procedente de una maquina . No habia folletos con una mapa de madrid con el plan del metro y los sitios de intereses turisticos. Manchas enormes en las alfombras de los pasillos.

hemos pasado poco tiempo en el hotel, pero el trato del personal ha sido muy bueno, muy atentos y educados. las camas son amplias y comodas, y las habitaciones también. ducha y bañera en el baño, en otros hoteles que he estado no lo habia visto nunca. muy cercano al zoo, y muy bien de precio. si, que al viajar con niños, ellos dormian en el sofá cama, y el televisor estaba mirando hacia el sofá cama, lo normal, pero al dormir los niños en el ya no era sofá era cama, por lo que nosotros no podíamos ver la tele, los niños se duermen temprano, y nosotros tambien teniamos que acostarnos.

“One street up from Opera, with good Metro connections, the hotel is within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Oriente, Callao, and various parks and gardens. There are restaurants, cafe's and bars nearby, and of course many more at the locations I've just mentioned. In other words, it's well-located. JC Rooms itself is a suite of modern rooms. I don't know the range available; mine had a double bed, and bathroom with modern shower, which was all I needed (and Internet), and mine was just that big.
