Clean, comfort rooms. Easy to locate. Location. Though it is easy to get into the city by car or train but still nothing to do in the aria of the hotel.

it was affordable compared to the comforts they provided. spacious room and clean bathroom. nice breakfast. free wifi. McD and burger king and a train station very nearby. a bit too far from the city and no life around. but can reach the city comfortably by switching a few trains. did not have internet (wifi) access in the first room they allotted. but they were ready to provide us with another room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was quite decent. Additional soap required in the bathroom. The prices of items in the minibar is excessive. The room service menu is very limited.

Me han gustado las instalaciones, el fácil acceso, la limpieza, la amplitud de las habitaciones y del baño. El desayuno podía ser mejor para ser un 4 estrellas. El café era de máquina y aunque había variedad en la comida no era muy buena. En cuanto al baño...sólo había gel y un jabón de manos! De un 4 estrellas se espera algo más, como un gorro de ducha o una pasta de dientes por lo menos! Para pasar una o dos noches está bien y además no es muy caro teniendo en cuenta lo que cuestan los hoteles en Madrid...y sin renovar.

Boas instalações, funcionários muito simpáticos, boa localização para visitar as atrações dos arredores de Madri. Apesar de distante do centro , tem fácil acesso por trem e metro até as principais atrações turisticas de Madri.

Un moderno y buen hotel, relación calidad/precio excelente. Pienso repetir cuando vuelva a Madrid. Sólo una cosa a cambiar : el zumo de naranja del mueble bar es inbebible, peor imposible.

Sobretodo el trato recibido, y tendo que hacer mención al Sr. recepcionista que estuvo trabajando el día 18 de Marzo por la mañana. Si le llegan estas palabras le podrán decir que lo que le dio a Mí HIja Marta, le sirbio de talisman y lo tendra todo su vida como un recuerdo inborrable. Nada que comentar. todo perfecto

Esta muy bien cuidado, esta muy bien decorado es acogedor, confortable. El trato a sido muy bueno por el personal del hotel ; Me gustaria volver pero en geneal muy buena estancia la habitacion esta decorada con buen gusto No es una critica por la habitacion esta muy bien el cuarto de baño esta completo muy bien el diseño pero a tan bien que esta la habitacion yo en las 2 que e estado e estado estupendamente pero le hubiese puesto hidromasage en la bañera pero no se si otras habitaciones lo tenian por lo demas muy buen hotel y eso que he trabajado en un hotel de 4 estrellas
