Hotel Playa Azul  

The location of the hotel overlooking the sea and next to the steps to the beach was excellent with stunning views especially from the pool terrace. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb - everywhere was fresh and immaculate. The food was also very good - I think because the clientele was a good mix of spanish, italian, french and british, and therefore more demanding than would be the case in an all british hotel. There were not many young children or many facilities for them other than the pool and some swings (which was a bonus for us but may be a problem for young families) The staff were friendly and polite and smartly dressed. The pool area is quite beautiful, and especially stunning when illuminated at night. We were upgraded from DBB to all-inclusive due to a mix up with our room allocation. We have never done all inclusive before but with the weakness of the pound against the euro it has much to commend it especially for those with children constantly demanding drinks and ice creams. All in all a well run hotel in a great location. It exceeded our expectations. We would like to come back again.

The hotel was really excellent, but some of the shops in Cala n Porter are a bit naff - Irish bar, Village pub, Big Al's Ranch (?!). The world has moved on and authenticity is the name of the game now, rather than tasteless imports from the uk. That said there are plenty of other places in Menorca which are the real deal so it didn't spoil the holiday. We were only there 3 nights so didn't bother renting a car, and took taxis, but next time would hire a car to see more of the island. I found the steps up from the beach to be not bad at all, but they certainly discourage an impromptu 10 minute swim.

En general el hotel está bien, lo mejor las vistas sobre la cala.

Se puede mejorar el desayuno y la cena.

La posizione nel paese e la cucina

Malgrado aver segnalato alcuni disservizi anche se non gravi nel bagno interno alla camera , non è intervenuto nessuno per il necessario ripristino.

Todo! Sobre todo el trato del personal y el buffet. Repetiré sin duda, fué con mi chica, era nuestra luna de miel, la combinacion calidad- precio es perfecto.

Il panorama, il servizio , la cortesia , il trattamento 1/2 pensione. Mare raggiungibile con gradinata non faticosa ma raggiungibile anche via strada in auto ( circa 1 km) , ottima spiaggia e mare bello, animazione serale , discoteca famosa vicino , aeroporto a 10 km, città di mahon da visitare a 10km , aria condizionata in hotel ; insomma ne vale proprio la pena andarci , credetemi.

Perfetta la posizione direttamente sulla Cala en Porter una delle spiagge attrezzate più belle di minorca secondo me.

El trato por parte del personal del hotel ha sido excelente, son todos muy amables. La ubicación es muy buena, y la cala no es de las más visitadas, a parte de ser también muy bonita. El hotel entero está reformado y la piscina es muy tranquila, ideal para unas vacaciones de relax. Genial, que incluyan las bebidas en media pensión.

El buffet es un poco escaso

Me ha gustado mucho su ubicación por ser una zona tranquila, las instalaciones (puesto que prefiero los hoteles pequeños o medianos), el buffet que aunque no era muy grande toda la comida era muy buena y finalmente el personal muy atento, especialmente Rosa la jefa de recepción por su simpatía y amabilidad en el trato.

No destacaría nada negativo.

El trato del personal es muy bueno y personalizado, en todo momento intentan que el cliente este satisfecho con su estancia. Las habitaciones con vistas a la cala son magnificas, en general hemos quedado contentos con nuestra estancia . volveremos...

El acceso al comedor en caso de lluvia, has de pasar por la zona de piscina (te mojas hasta llegar al comedor ). hay un poco de descordinacion en el servicio de habitaciones (cambio de toallas y camas).

El hotel está muy cercano a la cala, aunque hay que bajar 180 escalones para acceder. La cala no es de las más concurridas. En coche se tardan 3 minutos. El personal es muy agradable y las comidad muy variadas.

Excelentes vistas, cerca Coves den Xoroi. Buffet incluye barra libre de cerveza

No hay camas dobles en todo el hotel. Comida deja muchisimo que desear.Zona complicada para parking
