Nice beach but not an attractive view from it. A number of restaurants available, we ate in 2. The Mix had good service and a varied menu, we would recommend it. Can't remember the name of the other. The area has small shops with typical seaside resort items to buy. Taking a taxi is easy, we asked our hotel to call one for us & it arrived quickly both times. ideal for families for the closeness on visiting theme parks but the resort didn’t have a central town area with good shops. The shops are all selling tourist beach goods. However it has a good bus service to get you into nearby Salou or Tarragona. super nice place for families.. beach is very large and all needed groceries stores nearby... the beach has all needed amenities, volleyball, gymnastic bars and several kiosks , there is also a waterpark in the urban centre.. and bigger theme parks nearby. This is absolutely our favourite resort.
This is absolutely our favourite resort. It is spotlessly clean, the beach is fabulous - and cleaned every day. There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from and best of all lots of lovely ice cream places. We ate at the Waterfront and Chez Mar. There is a market on a Friday morning with lots of different things to buy. There is also a fantastic fruit and veg place within this market. It is very flat and easy to get around. For those with walking difficulties there are mobility scooters to hire.

Quiet resort very clean and safe beautiful beach one end family oriented other end more peaceful plenty to do good choices for food n drinks reasonably priced . One gripe is smell of cigarettes everywhere especially when eating but then it’s the local pastime so hey ho , not for me 😎

It's pretty close to the beach (almost across the street) and very close to shops as the location is central to La Pineda. It's possible to find a free on-street parking, but better be prepared to walk 10-15 mins. Big balcony with, though not a sea, but still a nice view. When our air-conditioner failed to work, host sent a technician to fix that the same day. This exceeded our expectations on that part.AlexeyUnited Kingdom

But the big pine tree blocked the view completely from the 5th floor. I will highly recommend getting a higher floor or a lower one. Great hotel, great location

Best time for the SPA was from 13:00 to 15:00 when most people left to have lunch.
