Perfect location for the old town, tapas bars and shopping. 15 min walk to the train/bus station and 20 min walk to the beach. Incredibly comfy bed and clean bathroom. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Thin walls and laminate floors meant there was some noise from neighbours which woke me up a few times - bring earplugs!

Excellent location right next to the city centre.

It is a tricky place to find by car!

All basic needs were catered for. Very helpful staff. Clean well considered rooms, great shower, air conditioning . Breakfast very good value for money. We would definitely stay here again. The beds were really comfortable and blackout blinds were appreciated. Lovely fresh clean smell everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel was very good, couldn't fault it

The area surrounding was untidy and quiet when returning later at night

I always choose to stay here due to the central location, you are right in the centre and can go anywhere in 10-20 minutes max on foot

The backside of the hotel is quite a dodgy area, loud gipsy people can be heard at night.

very close to the old town, just cross the pedestrian bridge and you are inthe heart of live music and dance and lots of people in the streets drinking mohito....

Not sure if the public car park behind the hotel is safe at night. We finally decided to use the hotel car park which was pretty expensive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location is also good, with mostly clean rooms. If the rest of the people staying in the hotel is not too noisy, the bed will give you a good nights rest. Breakfast is ok and relatively cheap. Parking garage under the hotel is priced reasonable.

The room size of the "familly room" is not sufficient. The bed for the 3rd person is just the desk transformed into a bed, which has a hard mattress. (the normal bed is good mattress). This transformation makes the room even smaller than it already is AND you lose the desk ! But even worse than this is that the walls, floors and doors are THIN ! You can hear the other people in the hotel move, talk, ..., not very good for your sleep. Walking through the hallway, room and even the bathroom, you can feel that the floor is from wood, moving and making sounds with every step. The bathroom seems to be cleaned every day, but the caulking is dirty and the floor tiles were cracked.

It is really a good Ibis, bigger and better than the others I have been. I totally recommend. It is also near from city center and beach!

20 min walk from Malaga Maria-Zambrano station 5 min walk to old town Comfortable room Clean and spacious Perfect wifi connection Smooth check in and check out

Approximately 30 min walk to beach (Malagueta) Overlooks an ugly concrete channel (not a river as we'd expected)

Location, wooden floors, large room and bathroom. Clean.

Nothing. For what I needed the room for (a good nights sleep), it was perfect.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Very comfy room for sleeping - firm bed, good pillows, aircon, blackout blinds. Good breakfast. Useful on-site parking. Short walk to city centre.

The Malaga one-way system! I knew where the hotel was, but driving there was stupidly complicated.

    Comfortable bed, excellent wifi connection

Air-con not working (only discovered this when I returned to sleep (just one night) in an over-hot room at midnight, having earlier dumped my case and gone straight out). In the morning the sink plug stuck so I had to leave my shaving water in the sink.

The parking is directly under the hotel and for a city centre very reasonably priced at 11 euros per day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The local is excellent for the city centre where there are restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes walk.

The towels! They only give you two, very thin, and not very large towels. If we had been staying for longer than one night, we would have complained and asked for more towels.
