The place that we stayed in was quite spacious and near the center. the place has a nice bar across the street. Cleaning is not a strong point. one of the towels given to us had a nasty mark on it and the blankets had some mysterious stains on them. We were quite disgusted and happy to only spend one night. plus the lighting in the apartment was terrible.

Perfect location. Large and well equipped apartments. Generally clean. Some minor maintenance problems. We had 4 apartments between 3 families and each had some minor issues. More attention to the state of preparation would have solved all. Bottom line is that it is a perfect solution for families visiting Ubeda and Baeza. Free parking 4 minutes walk from hotel and center city location combined with free WiFi and very reasonable price, make it a real winner. Cafe/bar of same establishment was especially pleasant, had good service and good food for very low prices. Minor maintenance problems and some more attention in securing apartments are ready to receive guests: used towel was still hanging in one of the showers behind the door and some garbage was left in another apartment. Water mains were left closed, etc.

Location in the heart of the old town. a good sized apartment and quiet area. No staff and instructions didn't indicate to call anyone. By chance we noticed a bar down the street of the same name and were able to get the keys and pay there. A little further from the bus station than I wanted.

Nice and clean apartment, large living room with a big plasma TV, kitchen well equipped with electric stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and basic clean kitchenware that pleasant to use it. Bedroom with shower and toilet are well kept and clean as well. There is also air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Location nice and quiet, close to town center, although everything there is pretty close anyway. Wi-Fi operates good in the apartment. There is free parking. We thought we can park our car without a problem on the street adjacent to the apartment, but the owner directed us to a public carpark(free), around 7-minute walk from the apartment. Although it's not that far, but still it was a bit inconvenient. Also was annoying to get two single mattresses put together instead of the normal double mattress in double room.

Spacious apartment in a good location. Quality control need review as there were glaring omissions in the range of kitchen utensils (making it difficult to cook things) and the fridge hadn't been defrosted for a very long time so that the freezer door didn't shut and ice was 20mm thick.

Son unos apartamentos muy bien situados en el centro de Úbeda. Está todo bastante nuevo y de diseño moderno. Merece la pena en relación calidad/precio Los baños son un poco anticuados en comparación con el resto.

Su ubicación, en pleno centro histórico de Úbeda. Limpieza. Confort. Tecnología. Recomiendo el establecimiento. Al equipamiento del apartamento le añadiría una sarten más y un cuchillo que corte. El plato ducha es un poco estrecho, aunque suficiente para una persona. La cama del apartamento para personas de estatura superior a 180 cm puede que se quede corta.

La ubicacion es excelente, el apartamento y la equipacion fenomenal, el personal encantador y muy atento. No funcionaba la tele porque no habia mando, y hasta que no consiguieron uno, no paparon. Muchas gracias. No tenemos nada a lo que poner una pega

Ubicacion estupenda y muy comodo el apartamento Precio demasiado alto. Deberian poner un cartel en la puerta del apartamento indicando que el check-in se hace en la cafeteria contigua.

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de la plaza por la que se declaró a la ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad. El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo. La relación precio-calidad es muy buena.
