Ideal location

Very basic but fair enough for the very reasonable price

Good location. Close to the beach. 10mins walk to downtown. Next to the castle with amazing view

We had 3 studios. 2 were great and one was really bad! But we got it changed for a double bedroom without any hesitation

Staff should be graded very poor. They gave us half information and showed unwillingness and apathy.

Great value for money, we only paid 70 euros per person for a studio. The bathroom and kitchen were quit modern en decent. The location was perfect, right off the beach, the Alcabaza and the harbour. 10-15 minutes walk to the city center (depending what route you take).

The beds (in the studio) were really hard, not recommended for though sleepers or people with a back problem.

Location is very good to combine beach and the old town

The location is very good for sea and for the city center. Receptionists were very helpful.

The location is excellent for Malaga sight seeing.

Jose, on reception was particularly helpful in suggesting things to do and places to go. Nice view of the bull ring from our room. Balcony was good for sunbathing even in December

The only thing that we liked about this hotel was it's location.

This hotel is not worth the amount of money charged. We had a very noisy air conditioner in our room with a loud "splashing water" sound with water running down the wall, it took 4 days and 4 sleepless nights from our initial complaint to get this sorted. We stayed in a studio room with a small kitchen which had one cup, the hotel could not supply a second cup. I would not stay there again. I also think that Booking.com's description of the hotel is misleading eg. Only some of the rooms have balconies - which are tiny and there is no view from the hotel unless you call looking at the back of another building, which is only a few meters away - a view.

Great location between the beach and the city

Friendly staff and inspiring location close to Malagueta beach. We had quite small, but cozy room.

The location was good for public buses and strolls into the city center. The hotel was clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful. I was completely satisfied with my visit. I organized a group stay there and was very happy with the price/comfort ration and found the staff wonderfully helpful in suggesting and recommending suitable restaurants. I hope to bring other groups there to stay.

Convenience to the Port and City Center. Also was walking distance to park, port, castle. Easy access to bus transportation to and from Airport.

The walls were a bit thin and was easy to hear the next room.

The color of the wall painting was relaxing. Air condition is good. House keeping is good as well.

We expected the free wifi was available in rooms, but was only supported in the reception area.

I was worried after seeing a few bad reviews on here but was very impressed with this hotel. We had previously stayed on the other side of town nearer the station but got a good deal on this one so thought we would try it. It's literally opposite the bullring and 5 mins walk from the beach adn the marina. The old town is about 15 mins walk away but it's a nice walk along the gardens so I didn't mind at all. It's a large spaciouos hotel, staff on reception all spoke good English and were very helpful. There's a pc in reception with free internet - also cable internet in the rooms. Our twin room was really large, clean, with a large (Ikea!) wardrobe, tv, and a large bathroom, all very clean. The noise at night was fine - as the hotel was so alrge we weren't really disturbed by others comings and goings and the soundproofing was good. There's also drinks and snacks vending machines in reception which we found useful! I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Malaga, it's a very professional hotel, not like a small pension at all.

Our internet cable in the room had no connector on the end so we couldn't use it (not sure how this would connect to phones anyway...)but we didn't mention it to staff as we didn't really need it. Apart from that no problems with hotel at all.

My room was at the back of the hotel with no balcony, but a nice view of the mountain and it was quiet..Its very conveniently located for both the beach the old city, and shops etc although didnt like walking back late at night through the tunnel, better to walk past the town hall and gardens, its not far away anyway... The rooms are basic,and clean..I Had a double for single occupancy. Its fine for a couple of days visit to Malaga

The hotel is ok,functional but not particularly warm and welcoming..just a few touches could transform this place..!! A lot of wasted space in reception area which just has a tiny desk for the receptionist..They have a vending machine and a few places to sit, but they could so easily offer a breakfast here, even if they send out for it from the local bar, or the bakery next door....A Few plants would brighten it up too..!!.I Managed to park nearby, also parking in the street at the back of the hotel, so have a drive around before paying 12euros for parking!

Ok location - short and nice walk to the center of Malaga

- Not as promissed a balcony - Room was not cleaned at arrival - Backyard hotel!

Location - for bull ring, 5 ,oms from port, shops and beach. Very clean, staff helpful and spoke good english. Free wi-fi.

No english channels on tv - not a major problem but would have been nice to have for a quiet nite in

The location and the price was great! It was very close both to the beach and to the city centre, to restaurants bars etc..the transport to the hotel from the airport is very easy and the surrounding of the hotel is amazing. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the city and the hotel, for sure will recommend to my friends.

Good value for money, unbeatable location, helpful and friendly staff. Nice little balcony on the fifth floor with a view over the area.

The bed arrangements with two single beds on wheels were a bit annoying for us travelling as a couple.

Good service. Perfect location. Near the seaside, The castle and old town. Beautiful view to the seaside and the tribune of bullfighting. Clean.

The beds were good. But if you are a couple it is difficult to move in the beds because the beds could be dancing around on the floor.
