The location of the hotel is excellent. Few meters from the Pilar Cathedral. The value is also very good.

When I arrived the room smelled of cigarettes and I had to leave the windows open all afternoon. Also the heating did not work and the room was extremelly cold. On one day I returned to the hotel at lunch time and found the door to my room wide open. Apparently it was being cleaned but the cleaning lady was nowhere to be seen and only showed up when I went to complain at the reception. I had my suitcases locked but my computer was on the desk and anyone could have taken it. To top it off, Inca hotel was the only hotel in Spain where my Visa travel money card did not work and I had to pay in cash. Would only recommend this hotel if you are on a tight budget.

The location was fantastic right in the centre of Zaragoza. The room was a nice size and clean. The evening receptionist, she was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great the food is traditional and excellent.

The morning receptionist, he was very abrupt and no where near as helpful.

I liked how close it was to everything. The staff was great. Especially Guillarmo, the front desk person. The restaurant in the basement is amazing! Beautiful setting and great food! I will stay there again.

Great hotel, very cheap, right in historical centre and lot's of tapas bars. Paying car park close by (14.85E for 24hours) but I'm sure you can park for free across the river. No hesitations to stay there again.

Location: it couldn't have been closer to attractions, shops, restaurants and places of interest. Rooms are quite.

Their single rate policy (or lack of it). Why should one pay for double even if he is given a single bed? The breakfast arrangement: it is clear that almost 11 euros per person for a pretty poor breakfast at the bar is designed to discourage guests from taking breakfast in the hotel. Not much of a problem because as you step out of the hotel there are scores of eating places where you can have your breakfast (with 15 euros for 4 people you get what you presumably could have at 10.60 in the hotel for one person only!). A bit of ordinary maintenance would make this hotel really outstanding.

It was centrally located and there was a car park only a 1min walk away. Al of of the reviews on here commented on the tram works in Zaragoza which we did get stuck in. However this was actually our own fault as we read the Sat Nav wrong! If we had just trusted it we would have been fine as it took us to the Car Park straight away. There is no need to get caught in the tram works when going to this hotel at all which is great. The room was nice with a nice bathroom but the first night the room was about a million degrees so we had to open the windows as the air con was not functioning. Then the noise from the street was honestly deafening. I think I got about an hour of the worst sleep of my life. When we went out the next evening we left the windows open and the room was nice and cool for our return and we slept a lot better. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

The air conditioning in the room could not keep the temperature down enough, but the weather was very very hot. We left a message at the hotel in case the air conditioning was a little faulty.

Buena atención por parte del personal. Fueron atentos y ayudan en lo que pueden. Restaurante con buena relación calidad-precio.

Locatie is perfect. Auto kun je inderdaad gratis parkeren aan de overkant van de rivier. Goede prijs kwaliteit.

Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Airco springt uit om ze zoveel uur. Kamers gehorig.

La posizione è davvero invidiabile, a soli 50 metri dalla piazza principale. Pulito, completo e la camera assegnataci era spaziosa. Wi fi gratuito.

Casi nada, solo se salva la ubicacion, perfecta, y la amabilidad de la empleada del domingo. Para empezar, la calificacion. Me parece un agravio comparativo para los hoteles que realmente son de 3 estrellas. Este establecimiento no deberia pasar de Hostal de dos. Instalaciones anticuadas, y con escasa renovacion, pintura desgastada en las habitaciones, olor a humedad en el baño. Un unico ascensor de tamaño insuficiente para todo el edificio, discusión al solicitar una manta que ya debiera estar en el armario. En fin, un ligero desengaño

Sobre todo la ubicación, pero tambien las habitaciones, la limpieza, en general todo

El desayuno no lo teníamos incluido, pero anunciaban la cafetería y probamos, no nos gusto nada

La situación del hotel perfecta la zona inmejorable, el personal excelente y las habitaciones muy buena relación calidad precio

El único problema que veo que en esa zona solo se puede aparcar de 20h a 8h, durante el día es carga y descarga, aunque hay una zona de aparcamiento grande a unos 10 o 15 minutos andando
