This charming hotel is in the Cuzco area of Madrid, a very important business and shopping area of the capital. Infanta Mercedes hotel is situated close to a number of top sights in Madrid, including the Paseo de la Castellana, the Bernabeu soccer stadium, Congress Center and Plaza Castilla Square. Each of the hotel's rooms come with a private bathroom, and Wi-Fi internet access, so you can check your email and surf the internet at any time. Pleasant luminous room with spacious bathroom, good breakfast buffet, quiet neighborhood, appr. 5 min walking to the metro station, 12 min by metro to puerta del sol, we were really delighted to come back to the hotel every evening after a tiring day in madrid. We loved the beds! Extremely comfortable! Tip: Take the metro to plaza castellana and then bus 27 downtown to the Prado museum and enjoy the magnificent route (Paseo de la Castellana ends up in Paseo del Prado). On the day of our arrival our bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The next 3 days of our stay though cleaning service was satisfactory. No boiling water for a tea at night, because the restaurant is closed and the espresso machine at the reception is out of order.

Very good price and quality. Great staff (everyone in reception speaks english - it's not so frequent in Spain). Very clean, nice rooms. Tasty breakfast.

Great staff, nice and easygoing. Good location, near to the metro station. Excellent quality/price ratio. Rooms very nice and clean, equipped with all comforts. Good breakfast! I definitely reccommend this hotel!!!

Very accessible to the city,good value for money, amazing that breakfast was included.Pleased on how they accommodate us. We travel with 3 young kids, they have no big rooms to accomodate us, so we booked two rooms instead, and requested that should be near each other, so we can still see our kids, but the hotel have the rooms that are connnected with one entrance for the two rooms, which was great, we did have peace of mind that they are safe although they were on separate rooms.

Really excellent value. Although it is quite a way from the tourist centre it only took ten minutes by metro and about 45 minutes walking, which was itself very interesting.

It's a very good value for money, very close to the metro (3 minutes walking), close to the city center (5-10min via metro), a good location (lots of services around -bank, tabacco, bars, restaurant...-. Smokings rooms, clean and modern bedroom and bathroom. Staff was efficient with good English and very kind. Quick access by car, with parkings around. The parking is expensive 16e/night, but it's the same price (if not worst) everywhere in Madrid.

The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was really kind and helpfull! It's not really great location but it's ok if you don't mind to walk for 5 minutes untill the metro station. It could be a little more cleaner :) It didn't have a pc in the reception for the clients and I think it's not so difficult to have one and even charge for the internet.

The internet service should be improved. I bought 2hs internet and cost 2.5EU, then I used only about 1h to check mails and later in the evening I cannot use another 1h internet and need me to buy again. Any way, I won't book it again.

The staff were friendly and very efficient. The room was clean & tidy with a good size bathroom & shower. There was a very good selection for the breakfast including eggs & bacon. All round good value for money with a relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't fault the hotel at all for the duration of our stay

Excellent location - not far away from the city centre, but away from the noisy streets of Madrid. Fantastic breakfast, very good and clean rooms. Just one thing - there is only one English TV channel.

Este hotel esta mucho mejor que otros con muchas estrellas, para cosas que los viajeros no usamos, y con habitaciones de pena, que es lo mas se emplea en un hotel. Buena relacion calidad-precio. La habitacion podria ser un poco mas grande, pero es suficiente y comoda
