Score from 702 reviews Very good
The location, in the middle of the main square. The room was beautiful, and very comfortable. And Segovia is a must!
Location - right on the Plaza Mayor Comfortable hotel, which I got for a very reasonable price
Location, size of room (big and lots of several windows, desk and comfortable chairs
Lovely, very well appointed and equipped, spacious room, overlooking main square & cathedral. Spa type shower over bath. Mini fridge with complementary bottled water. Nespresso coffee maker. Kettle also provided without us asking when we used teabags! Good breakfast.
Curtains, which included a set of blackout ones, were difficult to shut properly as windows were so tall, so street lighting was intrusive at night.
Location Helpful Staff Clean and Comfortable Beautiful Building with Charm
It was all good -- no issues.
Conveniently located in the heart of the plaza, the Hotel Sercotel Infanta Isabel was a lovely choice and good value for our stay in Segovia. The staff took great care to attend to our needs and thoughtfully greeted us with a pristine, upper level room. Walking along the cobblestone streets lining Segovia, we felt like we took a step back in time. The period furnishings and balcony in our room overlooking the plaza added to the charm of the city during our stay.
Charming rooms, excellent cozy restaurant, fantastic location right on the square with beautiful views
A very nice big room on the magnificent Plaza Mayor
Only remark: the bed was not as comfortable as I expected
Upon checking in I was delighted to discover that my hotel room was on the 2nd floor facing the Plaza Mayor. The room was soundproofed so that I could hear the chimes from the cathedral, but no street noise -- perfect. I loved being able to see the cathedral and plaza from my balcony yet be in a quiet room. Loved the fact that I was in a central location to walk to everything. The staff made me feel very welcome and could speak English. The room was very comfortable and clean. My only wish was that I could have stayed longer. Hope I can return someday.
Everything eas excellent. No complaints
Huge comfortable room facing the square. Like a room in a palace. Easy to reach from the Acquaducto
Location, room size, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, especially Juan on the night shift, and value for the price.
This was a huge room with a great bed. I think it was technically the "bridal suite"...the decor was a bit strange - large silk flowers in a couple of spots in the dormers of the room, but the view over the main plaza out of the small window was gorgeous. The huge modern shower and jacuzzi were a plus.
The breakfast set up was a but small considering the size of the hotel and the offerings weren't anything special. The only reason I didn't give it top rating was the price value - it was over 200 dollars a night and though we were glad to be here, that was pretty $$$.
Location and quality of hotel, staff and restaurant
Best rooms face central square.
The hotel had style in the quality of its reception area and in the room: curtains, shower, and additional items like chocolates etc. The position of the hotel in the Plaza Mayor made it very easy to access all places of interest.
The base of the electric kettle was missing in the room but was replaced instantly when we reported it to reception. The sofa bed was made up as a bed and would have given us more space if it had just been a sofa - there were only two of us expected - not four.
Location is excellent - staff were friendly
I ordered champagne and flowers for friday evening - these finally arrived saturday night after 7.30pm when we had gone out for the evening - it was not champagne but sweet cava style wine - only on checkout was I told the local holiday was the reason no flowers were available
Loved the staff, cleanliness & location...this was my second time in Segovia...will return!
Location, food, service, storage of touring bikes.
Great location, friendly staff and spotless room. Valet parking was great.
The size of the room, the view of the square from the window, the breakfast in the quirky bar
The way my car was taken away for parking and the location of the room. Everything was easy. Any drinks or meals at the restaurant next door which had great ambiance could be charged to the room. Plus, the view from the room could not be matched by any other hotel.
We liked everything.
Central location right on Plaza Mayor. Comfortable room. Pleasant housekeeping staff. Helpful front desk staff.
Wi-Fi weak and not dependable. Breakfast in public bar - very cramped dining area and selection in buffet was poor. Food not replaced promptly. Staff in bar not friendly.
This hotel has a superb location, right in the main plaza, yet was easy to find with GPS. We had a huge and spotlessly clean room overlooking the plaza. Heating was very efficient. To top it off, the valet parking made everything so painless.
Located across the main plaza from the cathedral, this hotel was a little gem! Beautiful, and well-appointed. Good soundproof windows, large tub. A wonderful bakery next door. Easy walks to the alcazar and the acqueduct. Valet parking due to proximity to main plaza.
Valet parking was abit tricky upon arrival (the police will tow you), and took longer than anticipated to summon.
