The bathroom was very large and accomdating; there was absolutely no noise in my room; the staff, especially Carlos, were excellent, helpful and friendly.

wi fi didn't work in my room most of the time.

The bed was uncomfortable and 2 beds that sifted apart was not a good thing!

Breakfast was abundant and varied. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mattress was very hard as are most in Europe.

The hotel is right in the heart of Madrid, not far from the metro (Banco de Espana). The most popular attractions in the heart of the city are only 10-15minutes by foot. The hotel is off of Gran Via; therefore, during the night, it is not as loud as it can get, but it is not devoid of the city life. The double room we had was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helped us out when we had questions.

Hotel is very clean. We stayed in room with 3 beds and had plenty of room. Bathroom is spacious and shower powerful. Has a free safe and television. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Central location 5 mins walk from airport bus stop. Would highly recommend.

Lack of disabled facilities, not my idea of a 4 star hotel, no B&B option, no walk-in shower, poor english language TV in room, outrageously expensive food!

evening lightnig in room is weak for reading.only spanish (in spanish..)programs in the television.(we practicly could not profit from the television in room.)

The location was ideal for walking to the Art galleries, shopping, and restaurants.

Hotel is well situated close to a metro station and within easy walking distance of main sights.The staff were very helpful and friendly.it was my wife's birthday when we were there and we left a birthday card in our room.On our return there were 2 Champagne glasses and a small bottle of wine waiting for us.Nice touch.We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food and service were good.The hotel is not at the luxury end of the market but good value in the middle of a major European capital.

Breakfast is not up to the standards of the hotel - cold, nasty and unfriendly!

The location was perfect...steps to every part of central Madrid.

I wished there was a nice lounge or lobby on the ground floor to hang out in if you didn't want to go sit in your room. Also, the wifi was awful. The worst thing was the mattress. I guess as an American I am used to a softer mattress, but this was the hardest mattress I have ever had to sleep on. The staff (one woman in particular) was not helpful at all in resolving this issue.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at Lussos Infanta. It is a five minute walk from the Banco Espana metro stop and only 10 minutes from the airport bus. The rooms are lovely with great showers and have nice toiletries. The Gran Via is only a few minutes walk away and many museums are also within walking distance.

The location is excellent, just off Gran Via with Banco Espana metro close by and loads of buses. Although hotel is medium size, it always seems quiet and there are no corridor noises or bustling people. The bathrooms are immaculate with decent towels. Staff are excellent, they never seem to change which is always a good sign! I've been coming here for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Madrid

The wi-fi can be a bit problemtical. I always take an ADSL cable.
