Walking distance to the Center and transportation; staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were big.
Room old ,need refurbishing. We were there for two days. The 2 rooms they gave us overlooked the front of the hotel. Despite 2 sets of double glazing windows it was absolutely impossible to sleep prior to 3 or 4 am each night. It was like were in the middle of a club. This defeats the basics of any hotel...of being able to sleep at night. Earplugs not quite enough to suppress the noise.
A walking distance to the Center and transportation, in a quiet street, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff made our stay a joy. Highly recommended.
quick check-in, hotel well located, very clean, quiet
The location was great. Breakfast had a good choice and most of the staff were really friendly.
The first room they gave me overlooked the front of the hotel and despite 2 sets of double glazing, at 5am it was like I was in the middle of a club. When I was eventually moved to an internal room, this was quieter until kids started running in the hall at 7am. Earplugs done the trick and I would recommend them for this hotel. The staff kept mentioning that they have not been paid in 3 months and were requesting all payments in cash so that they could regain some of their salary. They deserve better!
I liked location and exterior
Bathroom was terrible
Renovation of all rooms. Much improvement in breakfast at least fried or omelettes should be included. Location is top class.
One night we got in a shabby room. Breakfast was too frugal.
We have stayed in this hotel before and we found it to be comfortable and the staff very helpful and obliging to our needs.
I think the breakfast could be a bit more plentiful on the fresh fruit side of things,
Staff very helpful and friendly. Situated in the heart of Madrid.Receptionest day and night.
Air condition a bit slow. Lack of english speaking
Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, room comfort
Hot water wasn't always available, street can be loud
Wifi, breakfast good, Bathroom was nice.
Air conditioner not great
Very nice place ,my second time in this hotel.happy to return there
Great location, close to puerta del sol at which You can get the big red bus and take a quick your if the city. We were traveling with a three year old and they were cool about it. You can also go to a great place for a drink and food, Viva Madrid just right around the corner, the manager is really nice. There is also a carrefour express right around the next block- small market- that is open until 11 pm. Awesome.
Mattresses could be a little more comfortable and the toilet paper is a little harsh but for the price rhus place is still a steal.
cleanliness price we could keep our bags there even after we checked out in the morning
minimal english speaking staff
Perfect location. Very comfortable and clean.
Room and facilities
All the best

All I already mentioned.
The breakfast daily uniformity.
Indulging in city cultural activities. Exploring the city architecture.
Location was good, near to all Madrid sightseeing, Breakfast price was fair
Very dirty restroom, unbelievable entrance door lock (renaissance time).
poor sound insulation from outside
Improvement of d toilet
D toilet is bad
Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was HUGE. Very cheap.
Wifi reception in the rooms was pretty terrible at the best of times. Furnishings and fittings were very very old. It didnt bother us so much (you get what you paid for), but it could be a deterrent to other people.
