The Insotel Fenicia Prestige is on the seafront next to the Santa Eulalia River. The hotel provides free access to the fitness center and offers many treatments in the Thalasso Spa. Ibiza Airport is 13 miles away. All spacious rooms have a balcony and flat-screen TV. The bathroom is complete with a separate bathtub and hydro-massage shower. Guests are also provided with a bathrobe and slippers. Indoor and outdoor pool, a herbal steam room and an ice fountain are some of the spa facilities available to all guests. Foot baths and a variety of massages are also offered. There are 4 restaurants offering a choice of Mediterranean, International and Asian cuisine. The Fenicia Prestige also has several bars serving snacks, cocktails and ice cream. At the Insotel Fenicia Thalasso Spa reservations can be made for activities, such as yacht hire. The staff, the facilities, the restaurants, overall superb hotel. Had to pay for spa pool which was not mentioned when booking, very dissapointed over this.

Great facilites pool rooms ect. I did not like that the T.V in the room did not have any english channels to watch. I expected that there be a full sky or equlivant package. They were charging £300 a night. Oh and the tiles in the room were very slippery !!!

The facililties were excellent, the rooms spacious, the bathrooms modern and extremely well appointed. The restaurants provided a good range of high quality food, although we were disappointed with the Asian restaurant Monsoon both in terms of quality and staff. The pool area provided enough space and comfort and the location was within easy access to the main shops and restaurants in the town. The staff were always able and willing to help. I thought the staff could do more to control the minority of guests who behaved like package holiday makers in reserving pool areas and loungers for hours before the intended using them. There were also a minority who should have been told to wear shirts when in public eating and drinking areas.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything from the grounds to our room to the staff was impeccable. Plus, it was less expensive than many other lower-rated and lower-starred properties in the area - talk about value! I have no reservations in recommending this hotel to anyone! Nothing, literally everything was fantastic!

Todo estuvo perfecto.Al llegar nos encontramos con que no tenian la habitacion que habia resrvado,con lo que nos dieron una superior.El trato fenomenal.El desayuno excelente. Su ubicacion.No es el lugar adecuado para este hotel.

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes y su personal muy amable. La piscina exterior es fantástica y muy relajante y los desayunos fantasticos. El hotel cuenta con un gimnasio realmente pequeño y mal equipado, totalmente en discordancia con el resto de instalaciones.
