Firstly the greeting was very friendly and welcoming the parking was more than adequate for my van and trailer, the rooms were well presented and clean, the beds were comfortable in fact all facilities excellent. I used the Alcazar as a stop off between Santander and Malaga ordinarily I will stop closer to the motorways in these falling apart hotels, but im so glad that I took the extra 15 minuets off route to stay at the Alcazar. I will be staying there again. Oh one last thing the evening meal was very nice at a fair price. There was nothing at all to dislike

Rooms were large and comfortable. There is a snack bar available. Breakfast is very good Menu was very limited for a Saturday evening meal and the food was not as good we had experienced in 2011 as well as being expensive

La amabilidad del personal y la tranquilidad. Había una boda y ni nos enteramos. La decoración. El dosel de la cama es cuando menos incómodo y dificulta la limpieza de las paredes.

Amplitud y limpieza de habitaciones. Poca presión en el agua de la ducha y paredes poco insonorizadas. Se oía demasiado el ronquido del hombre de la habitación contigua.

Es de lo mejor en Alcazar de San Juan. La ducha, el agua sale alternativamente fria o demasiado caliente, se puede llegar a entender en un hotel de categoria inferior, pero no en un 4 estrellas. Si conocen este problema de alternancia de presion en el agua caliente con un grifo termostatico lo solucionan. El personal es castellano, profesional pero seco.

La habitación es muy grande y confortable, el personal de recepcion de limpieza y del restaurante es escelente,es muy tranquilo y el hotel es muy bonito. Que la temperatura del spa deberia de ser mas caliente porque estaba un poco fria,que en el desayuno buffet deberian de poner huevos bacon churros y mas variedad porque siempre era lo mismo.

Las instalaciones estan muy cuidadas y decoradas con gusto. Camas muy amplia i comodas. Habitacion de buen tamaño. No hemos comido pero el desayuno es muy correcto. Encontramos hormiguitas en el baño. el café del desayuna desentona con el resto de productos, la verdad és que no estava demasiado bueno

Ein sehr gutes Buisiness-Hotel. Unverständlich, dass von der Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption eine falsche Telefonnummer angegeben wurde. So konnte ein erwarteter Anruf nicht erfolgen. Die Sauna war leider nicht intakt. In der Cafeteria gab es außerhalb der Restaurantzeiten ebenfalls nichts zu essen. Der Ort ist völlig nichtssagend.

Tranquilidad y limpieza he estado por negocios y salia temprano pero mi pareja se quedaba en el hotel y a las 8 de la mañana se tenia que levantar por que el servicio de limpieza era poco cuidadoso, con lo cual imaginmo que para descansar no es muy bueno ya que a las ocho de la mañana toca diana. Una pena creo que acompañado no volvere.

Zona de parking amplio. Limpieza. Accesos. Amplitud habitacion. Camas grandes y comodas. La ubicacion de la T.V. en la hitacion, esta ecorafa y con un dosel en la cama que molesta. Que te cobren el agua del minibar.

Fue lo que estuvimos buacando en transito de Salamanca a Murcia. Un poco mas cara que normal pero conveniente y econtramos el hotel facilmente. El precio
