Well situated, handy for the city restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good value and parking under the hotel secure. The historical City and seeing the well preserved fortifications work was a great experience Room 207 is to be avoided it is above a bar and the noise from it and street cleaning trucks was disturbing until the early hours. Air con did not seem at all effective.

Actuually very little except they had an excellent breakfast. Got a smoking room - and I an a non smoker. Carpet had all types of stains in it - for a 4 star hotel!! Chairs in the room were office type chairs with wheels under them. Certainly not for comfort if one wishes to read. No coffee/tea making facilities. ete. etc.

Ideal location on the edge of the old town, very friendlyand helpful staff, large well fitted rooms. No access at all to an outside sitting area, we were informed that the pool and sitting area were closed after August.

Valet parking was wonderful. The welcome from the young man was brilliant. He was so helpful. Recpetion staff also very effiecient and helpful Cafe tres reyes excellent value.

The staff were very helpful apart from one man at reception who was not so friendly!! The noise from the other rooms kept us awake, no sound proof walls, which was very annoying for that reason we would not stay there again as it's a 4 star hotel, also the hair dryer was awful, had no power or heat!!!

Las habitaciones muy confortables y luminosas y las camas muy comodas El desayuno bufet algo escaso de variedad. El aislamiento de las ventanas...en mi habitacion entraba aire frio por algun resquicio de las ventanas.

La amplitud de las habitaciones Bañera y plato de ducha por separado. ubicación. El parking es muy caro. aunque está reformado, algunos detalles te recuerdan que es un hotel viejo.

camera pulita spaziosa. bagno confortevole ottima doccia. buona accoglienza del personale. ottima posizione rispetto al centro. buona qualita prezzo rispetto alle offerte di altri hotels della zona. la colazione E' completa E varia. ps: C'E' un parcheggi pubblico coperto proprio davanti all'hotel, con un prezzo relativamente inferiore al parcheggio dell'hotel nulla

La habitación era muy grande y tenía un ventanal enorme. Limpio y agradable. No lo cogí, pero el desayuno valía 18 euros por persona y además creo que ni siquiera era buffet.
