Reception friendly and helpful room clean and comfortable Bar staff stand offish and unhelpful in my opinion the hotel generally did not meet the standard I expect from a 4 star establishment I also feel that the car parking was very expensive and not secure I have stayed in better 3 star hotels in spain

Location...it is a nice walk to the old part of town and where the bulls run, plus the Camino de Santiago. Easy bus ride from train station and nice cafes near by.

The hotel is ok except for the receptionist. The receptionist named as Mila was unpolite and rude and made me feel I was in the wrong - a receptionist should be able to listen and help the clients. Spoken English level poor this required my help to translate.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of variety, evrything fresh and very well presented. The staff at the Restaurant was very kind. Also the room was modern, very clean and tidy. Quiet location less than 10 minutes drivinf from town centre. The soap was quite bad, it just lasted for one person shower.

Expensive but much less than the rates closer to the town center. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little farther away from the old town than advertised. Expensive parking for this far out of town center

Friendly staff. Took time to show you how to get to places on the first day of arrival. They were very helpful. Good location. I felt the free wi-fi was misleading because you could only use in the main lobby for 30 minutes at a time.

La cama de la habitacion era comodisima y perfecta para descansar. El baño amplio y muy comodo para dos. El calor que encontre en la habitacion al llegar, las cortinas estaban abiertas y daba un sol que pase calor,hasta que no ventile. El precio del desayuno era elevadisimo,no pude desayunar en el hotel que me disgusto mucho, ya que siempre lo hago.

La estancia fue de una noche, pq fuimos a celebrar el dia de la madre y estuvimos bien. Hacia muchiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisimo calor en la habitacion, y todavia el aire n estaba funcionando.Ese finde hizo mucho calor.

No está lejos del centro si te gusta pasear, se tarda unos 20-25 min andando. Limpio, confortable y personal agradable. El baño no está mal pero necesitaría una reforma. Es el típico q en los años 90 sería el mejor pero se ha quedado anticuado.
