Breakfast can be much better, no doubt

Some room (including we had) have a view to the city and to the olympic stadium (quite original). Hotel has a free parking. We had a big room.

As the hotel is part of the olympic stadium, is quite far to the city centre. On the other hand, there is bus stop 5 minutes walk.

It was good value for money. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, Clean and comfort room.

The hotel is far from the city center but it is in a great location inside the stadium. There are 2 buses for the center.

The staff at reception were very effective and attentive. Showed really friendliness and a smile and proceeded with my check-in and check-out quick and effective. Overall the Hotel is a good surprise as it does offer a fairly good room for the price paid.

I would improve the directions for the Hotel. I know Sevilla quite well and still had some difficulty getting there. Not to the other side of the river, that was quite easy. The problem started after crossing the bridge.

Only good thing about this hotel was that it was located in the olympic stadium so ideal if doing an event there. We were doing the marathon that started and finished there. But otherwise would not recommend this hotel at all, although the front desk staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.

Room service was not available in the morning - not very good for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was over priced. The dinner was very poor - had to send pasta back as it was still cold - and when it came back you could tell they had just put it in the microwave! Rooms were reasonably spacious, but air conditioning and heating did not work properly. In general place felt down at heel and over priced for a 4 star hotel and was a long way out of Seville unless you wanted to be at the olympic stadium for an event as we did.

I'm traveling with 2 children's and we have spacious room. The view was inside the stadium and very quiet. Breakfast value for money. Taxi fare was reasonable and cost u approx Euro 6 until the tower where u can get a boat ride. In fact the hotel is approx 10 mins drives. Would recommend this hotel to others

Hotel should increase the age of a child from 8 to 12 years old for the price of meal (Breakfast/Dinner)

The taxi driver called by reception ask for trip to airport(11km,10min) 25 eur. It is 25% owercharged. Hotel reception should call serious taxi service.

Very large and clean room, English-speaking and pleasant personnel, free parking. Our room had a view to the Olympic Stadium arena, it was cool.

The hotel is located rather far from the city Sevilla - There is nothing near the hotel ( on the walking distance )- for buy bottle of water you should go to Sevilla on the car. The room is very small ( there is only space for beds and its all ), the room equipment and the bathroom things are poor - there is no place for put the bags, we even didn't receive the shampoo and bath cap- in 4 stars hotel ! When I ordered this hotel , my tradeof was following :" the hotel is not in the city center, but this is 4 stars hotel, so I will receve big room and good service", but it did not work - room was small and service was much worse then 4 stars level.

Breakfast way too expensive (we declined). They have to work about cleanliness. Do not book this hotel if you don't have a car/motorbike, location it's very uncomfortable if your aim is to visit the city.
