The location was brilliant. Very quaint area, close to Plaza Mayor and access to public transport although Sevilla is a very handy city to do on foot. The hotel courtyard was lovely and quiet, free WiFi as well. The room was tiny although it had a very large balcony, which would be lovely in the hot summer months. The outside noise was ridiculous, I have never stayed in a hotel with so much noise in the surroundings...not within the hotel itself, but in the streets and alleyways nearby. I can see why you might need a siesta! Would have liked a more spacious room, as they show on the website pictures and a room within the courtyard, I am sure the noise factor would be reduced signigicantly.

The internal decor was pleasing, and reception and seating area was lovely.Staff helpful and friendly. It was close to all that we wanted to see and we were able to travel on foot . The small fridge in the room was useful .we did not have breakfast but it was reasonably priced. The rooms were very expensive for the size and facilities. Our room and our friends room was very small despite reading reviews and requesting a room with a window. However , despite the internal courtyard setting , it was not noisy and had a calm atmosphere. We asked for extra pillows as I have a sore neck, and these were not provided on the first or second night as "the hotel was full" so there are obviously no spare pillows.

The hotel is a beautiful old Spanish building with a gorgeous patio. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning had a great selection. The location was perfect and it was just perfect for the 2 of us and our 3 yr old.

Friendly staff, particularly the lady at the reception She was very helpful. Authentic Andalusian style hotel with courtyard. good location ,walking distance to all the monuments because of the narrow alleys . some taxidrivers refuse to stop at the hotel. Door keys are a bit difficult to operate

Friendly and helpful hotel staff especially staff named Israel. Made our stay very pleasant. Provided us with everything we need map, directions, tips etc. Location. Near the plaza, center and restaurant. Hard to look for at first. Rooms. Spacious room and bathroom. Very nicely decorated hotel. With wifi and elevator. The aircon/room is quite smelly It would be nice if price of room includes breakfast. Quite costly if you will add breakfast per day.

Location, friendly reception, clean I said we wanted a dOuble bed and we ended up with 2 single beds with separate bedding, it would have been nice if we had a proper double bed. The pool wasn't open and it was unclear from the website when it would be open

The room was very large which was surprising. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending useful attractions etc. the hotel itself had great charm & added to the Andulsian experience. It was well located to walk everywhere & easily reached by public transport. The taxis are also cheap anyway. A little difficult to find initially from the bus, maybe some more directions useful.

Most impressive was the architectural design inside the hotel: a magnificent display of colour! The entrance hall offers you immediately a promising and very adapted welcome to the beautiful city of Sevilla itself. The rooms offer you all the nessesary fascilities you need. We enjoyed every morning a good and well-balanced braekfast in a plaesant but modest space, surrounded by attractive stylised paintings.

City centre location but quiet. Comfortable room - excellent shower in bathroom. Good value. Difficult to find - the requested instructions for arrival by car omitted last few streets. Good parking in public garage but some distance away. Not the best choice for car users. Although fine with us, not everyone would be happy with rooms whose only windows overlook an internal atrium - that needs to be made clear.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern and spacious rooms with en suite. Lovely rooms. The only negative is that there were no tea/coffee facilities either in the rooms or within communal areas.

The hotel retained a 'Spanish' feel and was definitely not a cookie cutter hotel. The rooms were set around an internal veranda with each looking down to a beautiful inside courtyard. The location perfect for the number 32 bus running from the train station & close to shops and tourist sights. Our room didn't have an external window so no natural sunlight. The only window opened onto the veranda, so other guests could see into your room. The fire alarm or night light (we couldn't work it out) glowed orange 24 hours, so the room was never dark.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with maps, directions to banks etc. Our laundry was done very quickly and for a reasonable price. The internal courtyrad was gorgeous and a wonderful sight as we entered the hotel at first. Great location. Only a ten minute walk to the Cathedral through beautiful lanes. Only minor concerns really. No soap dsh in the shower and every noise in the hotel could be heard in our room.

We booked 2 rooms at the same price. One was a tiny double room which would have been better as a single but the other was a huge twin bedded room. We would certainly rebook the twin bedded room but feel the double was barely acceptable.

The courtyard design was delightful, our room had a 'Juliet' balcony. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was quiet even though it was new years eve with fireworks going off. Very convenient location with easy walking to shops, bars and the cathedral. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.
