Very nice hotel, fantastic location just few steps away from the Encarnacion square. The views form the swimming pool at the penthouse are spectacular. The service is very good, personnel always willing to help and breakfast includes a good combination of variety and quality. Very goo choice to stay in Seville.

The location was brilliant. Very quaint area, close to Plaza Mayor and access to public transport although Sevilla is a very handy city to do on foot. The hotel courtyard was lovely and quiet, free WiFi as well. The room was tiny although it had a very large balcony, which would be lovely in the hot summer months. The outside noise was ridiculous, I have never stayed in a hotel with so much noise in the surroundings...not within the hotel itself, but in the streets and alleyways nearby. I can see why you might need a siesta! Would have liked a more spacious room, as they show on the website pictures and a room within the courtyard, I am sure the noise factor would be reduced signigicantly.

The room was generously sized. Even with the double paned windows noise from late night revelers was loud. A room over the interior courtyard would have been better for us.

Hotel staff were outstanding. The manager, Israel, could not have been more helpful. Hotel was new, clean, centrally located. Difficult to find, but so are many hotels in Seville. Room 001 is noisy & small; requested a move which was readily acceded to and given a much better room on 2nd floor

I really enjoyed my stay at Itaca Sevilla. For a lone traveller or anybody it is in an ideal location, near shops, resturants. Tours and within walking distance of lots of interesting places. Hotel very comfortable with a nice indoor and outdoor relaxing area. But best of all were the staff, they could not be more helpfull , very good English and so patient with directions and any other way to make my stay so perfect. All the staff were the same though I can only remember one name as he was on mostly while I was there and that was super effecient Sam

Good location as within walking distance to the old town. Beautiful interior and lovely pool and sunbathing area on roof. Staff very helpful. It is in a pedestrian street and therefore you really need the hotel to give you directions for parking before you get to Seville as the one way system is horrendous and it is very stressful trying to find the hotel by car. Also it can get noisy throughout the night as revellers walk past if you are in room overlooking the street.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was all we hoped for after reading previous reviews and it deserves to be ranked in the top spots. It is in a great location for exploring Seville by foot. It is also close to both the train station and airport using the 32 bus around the corner. The hotel has a real Spanish feel, the rooms are a decent size with a spacious terrace with sun beds included. All tastefully decorated in a classic spanish style with the usual comforts. The staff are all friendly and we got great tourist tips from Samuel at the front desk. He really knows Seville,as a local. His english was excellent and was really genuinely friendly , he spent so much time advising us on everywhere to go, it was this advice that made our holiday such a great trip, especially for the best tapas in town!. He even recommended a bar on the other side of seville called "the premier bar" that specialises in gin in tonics and rum( if your into it), they have over 200 gins!. We paid it a visit and i was definitely worth it....the best gin in tonic Ever!. So, if your going to Seville , we found this hotel had it all, and at a very reasonable price - but definitely get the advice from samuel

Comfortable room, nice bed and excellent internet speed (unusual for a Spanish hotel room). Size of room was excellent and there was a desk for work activities. Location is good for restaurants and staff is very helpful. An Iron is available (not always the case in Spanish hotels) and laundry service is quick and inexpensive. There are no English speaking tv channels. The main switch for the room lighting was a bit dodgy and needed to be tweaked to get the lights to work.

Very well located in the centre of Seville. Historical building, nicely renovated. Comfortable rooms. "Hot water" in the bathroom was hardly hot. Breakfast maybe a little bit too simple for a hotel of this standing.

The hotel is well located within walking distance from most sights and easy to reach from the train station. The room was quiet and the staff helpful and friendly. The only window opened on an internal patio and there was not much air circulation in the room

The builiding is pretty and the staff were nice. The rooms are all incredibly noisy and you can here the desk phone ring perfectly well in the room, as well as here any other guest doing almost anything. Very difficult to sleep. The bed was pretty small and the bathroom was dark. Also no outside window in most of the rooms.

The hotel retained a 'Spanish' feel and was definitely not a cookie cutter hotel. The rooms were set around an internal veranda with each looking down to a beautiful inside courtyard. The location perfect for the number 32 bus running from the train station & close to shops and tourist sights. Our room didn't have an external window so no natural sunlight. The only window opened onto the veranda, so other guests could see into your room. The fire alarm or night light (we couldn't work it out) glowed orange 24 hours, so the room was never dark.

Clean & spacious. Good decoration. Within walking distance to sightseeing spots. Quiet. Located in old city & in very small street. Cannot be guided by gps correctly. The tv set should be hanged on wall so that more space can be made free on the table.

The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke english. The room was large with a huge bed. Cleanliness was good and there was a big choice for breakfast. There was no view except a very narrow alleyway with shutters from another house about 2 metres away. it was very noisy in the alleyway on Saturday night.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with maps, directions to banks etc. Our laundry was done very quickly and for a reasonable price. The internal courtyrad was gorgeous and a wonderful sight as we entered the hotel at first. Great location. Only a ten minute walk to the Cathedral through beautiful lanes. Only minor concerns really. No soap dsh in the shower and every noise in the hotel could be heard in our room.
