Location, warmth of room and its comfort
location was good, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
the drains in the bathroom smelled bad. when i mentioned it to the front desk, they had maintenance come work on it, which helped to cover up the smell, but not completely.
Small, comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms reasonable but 203 had no windows and was a bit dark. Great breakfast in the cafe on the square.
Room with no windows
Location couldn't be better and we loved the décor and traditional style hotel. Step out the door, and it is all there. Were advised by staff of nightly famous flamenco dances just around the corner.
there is nothing to dislike.
Poor free WiFi
Great location to site see Seville would come back again to this hotel
The location : close to everything The receptionists were helpful Overall : an enjoyable stay but too many "cons" to recommend this hotel to someone or to come back for another trip in Sevilla.
Hot water runs out quickly/ Can be really noisy at night/ Mold in the bathroom/ No heat in the breakfast area -> breakfast with coat and scarf / Building and rooms very dark when the sun goes down / Wifi access rarely accessible
Great atmosphere, very helpfull Staff, quiet localization close to main atractions of Sevilla.
Don't go by car directly to the hotel. Take a parking place at the small square before achieving hotel - system of one-way streets can collapse Your plans :)
Nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Good location
The hall and breakfast facilities cold because no heating. It must be perfect in spring, summer, autumn, but chilly in winter
Location, wifi, cleanliness, good AC/heating system (important for a room not facing the outside, which is what I paid for)
Small dimly-lit room (especially the bathroom shower had poor lighting), broken safe, the face plate to the built in room audio system fell off the wall. Hotel was very hard to find.
Great hotel. Everything was good except the wifi. The receptionist gave us great directions and food recommendations.
The wifi was weak like most hotels.
Helpful staff. Special mention sam. Big shower.
Great location, clean and very good for a short stay. Very easy to find and very easy to get there if you come from the Santa Justa train station (the 32 bus stops just a few meters away from the hotel).
A bit expensive for the type of room we received. The room was on the ground floor, no natural light, smelly (probably the sewers) and there was no wi-fi at all! Not even the normal GSM 3G data was working. My friend received a room with a bathroom made for disabled and the shower was working poorly
Great location just around the corner from a plaza with nice little restaurants for breakfast or lunch. Good size clean rooms with a very good big bed and clean bathroom.
Room ar the streetside was somewhat noisy at night as people come from bars to go home. Also some noise in the morning from the breakfast room. The breakfast was 10 pppn, so we did not take this. For not even half the price you can get a nice coffee and tostada on the plaza.
Great location near all main sights but down a pedestrianised alley. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.
Rooms not soundproofed so could hear noise from internal courtyard/reception.
It is certainly in the city centre and close to walk to all unique building that you may want to visit. I advise you not to go there by your car. In Seville it is realy hard to drive and find a parking plase. If you have a car you had better park it then forget it.If you can not find the hotel ask the ''Big Mushroom ''İt is next to it.The rooms were clean and the stuff were realy helpful. There was a lady who advises us a Flamenco Show -Casa of Memory-showed us the way and helped a lot
Great location, within walking distance of the important sites. The terrace outside the room.
Very noisy late into the night as it is near a bar.
1. Great location 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. Traditional Riyadh style hotel (rooms around an enclosed courtyard)
1. Traditional style of rooms around courtyard means limited external windows. Fine for us, but others might not like this. More secure!
Conveniently located, room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, very, very, quiet, and breakfast was good for a European breakfast...lots to chose from. Would stay here again!
A little hard to find due to street construction..but taxi should have gone a different way.
Location was fine, room was a good size and clean. Parking was only 3 minutes walk away.
Very noisy - had external room and noise outside didn't abate until 4am! No bar in the hotel. Had 2 bath towels but only 1 hand towel, asked for another but it never arrived. Wi-fi only worked in reception.
The hotel was very central and easy to get to all major attractions. The rooms were very clean and equipped, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Wifi was unavailable
The location - although it was not easy to find by car (roads not accessible because of works or too narrow), once you have found it by walking, you are kindly guided to a public parking. The rest of the Sevilla visit can be done by walking - great city, nice restaurants, relaxed people - all there! Small pool on the rooftop just great to relax in a quiet way as well.
Breakfast was inside; but this is very acceptable seen the location, and a nice 'inner patio' the hotel has.
staff at front of house were superb
