The service was unbelievable the rooms were very clean the whole building was immaculate and the experience was wonderful I would highly recommend it to others

Nice location, helpful staff, nice breakfast menu, ok bathrooms.

The rooms could turn out to be slightly older than pics. There might be a few amenities in the room that may not be working properly (reading light, window shade etc.)

First of all the price/performance. The bed was really nice, modern interior and a 32" tv with quite many channels.

Breakfast expensive, water in the sink didn't flow away quickly. Location could have been more central, but for me it was ok.

Location is very good for a city tours. 5 minutes walk to metro and 10 minutes to Espanya Square. Nice rooms. Good wi-fi connection (at least on the 6th floor).

We changed our room key 4 times during 3 days because they degaussed all the time. And it happens with no difference how you store them. Frustrating.

Nice modern rooms and friendly staff

The thing that I liked about h10 Itaca was the location which was an easy start to go around the city. Just a few minutes away from Sants station makes it easy to go around the city and the airport is just 3 stops from the hotel.

I didn't like the hotel staff. They weren't accomodating and I think they need customer service training.

The room service and restaurant were amazing - neither on of us had a bad meal from this hotel and we are fussy with our food...

Unfortunately the staff at this hotel struggle to realize there are people in the world who care for their health - when we arrived late at night we were given a key to our room - upon opening the door we turned in disgust; our booked non-smoking room smelt like a 10 year old ash tray. Straight away we went back down stairs and notified the staff and he informed us that they had no more non-smoking rooms - we continued to say we can't sleep in the room and something would have to be done - he could only downgrade! us to a single room with a double bed that was non-smoking, so we took it, he said that he would leave a note and have our correct room for us orgainsed in the morning. We went up to our small room and it was hot so we tuned on the air-con - you could smell the smoke through the air-con so we turned it off and opened the window and went to sleep in our small bed. We woke up repacked our bags and went down to the lobby at 10:30am to get our room... The morning staff had no idea of our problem and could nearly speak any English between the 3 of them but said they didn't have a room for us and said when you come back after your day we will have your room ready for you (we hadn't readied ourself for a day out so my fiancé changed had to resort to packing our backpack and changing clothes in the lobby!) When we got back the lady said she had a room for us but it was smaller that our booked room but larger in floor space that last night - so tiny bed again... We tried explaining how unimpressed we were but they neither understood Nor cared... In the end it took over 14hours and a lot of stuffing around to get a room that wasn't what we booked with not one apology or upgrade for our inconvenience!!! Surverly unimpressed and disatisfied with our stay, nearly got any sleep in the tiny bed!!!

The Hotel is well linked to centre through the metro. It is close to Placa Espana but a bit far if you want to walk down to Las Ramblas. However if you use the metro within 5 mins you will be in Las Ramblas.Its worth booking a room with breakfast because the breakfast is abundant and excellent value for money.
