Parking down below in the same building was easy to access and large enough to park the car. Noisy people coming down the hall drunk late at night.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were happy, making arrangements for taxis and dining and suggesting sights for us to see in the old and new quarters of town. The hotel was just minutes from the San Sebastian airport and that was very convenient for our late arrival and early departure at the start and end of our trip. We had a number of great meals in Hondarribia, the two most memorable in the Hotel Jaizkibel dining room. Fantastic food and wine selection and friendly service.

Very friendly staff, helpful and approachable. Clean, modern room, with good facilities,ans comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Easy walk to the old city,and the bars and restaurants......the walk home made much easier by the amazing outdoor escalator system! Nothing

A modern clean hotel in a suburban location a ten minute walk from the centre of Hondarribia. Our room was very comfortable with lovely views to pleasant countryside. The hotel had a business atmosphere and didn't really feel like a holiday hotel. The roof garden was not as attractive as portrayed on the hotel's website - it was basically a few sun loungers on a flat roof. Hondarribia itself is a good place to stay.

Well placed in quiet residential area but only 10 mins walk to old town Sun loungers were padded not the horrid plastic types one usually gets at hotels. They were a bonus on a lovely hot day. Would have been great to have a small pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Very quiet location. The hotel is somewhat hard to find. The entrance to the parking garage is tight. Requires very careful driving. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Jaizkibel.

Modern hotel is situated in a pleasant area.Free parking in the hotel garage. Very friendly staff. Room 211 and welcome with two apples and mineral water. Very clean, nice room for one night on our trip home. Ten minutes walk to the old centre and the sea. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and that was very good. Good breakfast with an orange press, so fresh orange juice! Nothing to complain.
