Everything, but especially the relaxed 'can do' attitude of every member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly, smiley and ready to share a laugh. We'll be back....

Access to the park and tons of running/walking space. Close to the Prado and other cultural venues. Super shopping nearby and restaurants. B'fast here was good as well as bar facilities. Very nice room and super bed. Garden view rooms very quiet! All round good choice.

This hotel is in a super location with a lovely small garden at the back of the hotel.

I had been using this hotel about 8 years when i go to Madrid it have a very good location and parking,the front deslk is always very helpfull and they improve the buffe breakfast and the restaurant

isolation is poor

PERFECT in every way. Big rooms, comfortable beds, modern design. Very friendly + professional staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Easy to walk anywhere for shopping + museums. You could live here for months + be very happy. I didn't want to leave!

Shower temperature changes constantly, but nothing dramatic. A few hooks inside the door (for coats + bags) would be great.

We loved this hotel and the location. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were kind and helpful. This will be our hotel of choice next time we travel to Madrid.

Only some noise from the neighboring room as someone there talked very loudly. Fortunately, this was in the afternoon so no problem at night.

The room had several faults: Hair dryer did not work, Shower was broken.

I came back to this hotel because I enjoyed it first time..

Hum in build-in radio therefore useless, noisy wc and aircon, your room and neighbors! Light not working and more things that point to poor maintainance. No coffee or tee although the is a coffemachine. You get better value somewhere else.

Loved the location of Santana, the staff were friendly, and we like the cafe/bar that one could always read a newspaper or have a chat with other guests- Delicious coffeee and gin!!!

The only comment is that there is building works going on infront of the hotel that can be a bit annoying early morning!!!

Very clean quiet great location.

Travelling with a month old baby, the hotel kitchenette and size of the room suited our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect for us also, with a number of takeaway places within easy walking distance (including sushi) to enjoy dinner in the room, as well as Parque del Retiro within easy stroll distance.

We ordered room service each morning, and the continental breakfast was far from consistent. Not sure whether weekend service was different to weekday service, but the number of pastries went from 2 to 4 each.
