Very comfortable room, with all necessities, spacious, bright, good air conditionning. Very clean. Good breakfast - for every taste. As a suggestion - it would be perfect to have tea/coffe maker in the room.

Very low internet, difficult to work with, it drops often. Absolutely need to improve it - it is a pitty for such a comfortable hotel. The location is far from the center, but you have the metro in front of the hotel

We felt welcome and cared for the moment we walked in the doors. It is a beautifully appointed hotel and the breakfast menu caters for every taste. We had asked for a quiet room and were given one at the back of the hotel on the 6th floor so traffic noise was hardly audible. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was very prepared for international guests with tv selections from multiple sources. We especially enjoyed having nhk (in English), as well as multiple news channels-CNN, bbc, and Aljezeera. The rooms were an adequate/typical hotel size and virtually soundproof from the busy street noise. The bathtub was a standard us wide, had an anti-slip surface (not so common in Spain), and space to set toiletries. Dual sinks. Sheer & regular drapes. Plenty of closet space & doors with full length mirrors. Safety box. Mini bar fridge allowed space for personal purchases. Desk had plenty of work space, a shelf for a suitcase as well as additional space beside and under it for carry ons, shoes, etc. Large mirror above the desk helped to make the room seem larger visually. Crisp white linens, especially the bed cover! Beds very comfortable with choice of pillow styles. Had a double twin room and the beds were wider than normal-great! The desk staff was wonderful and thankfully for us, spoke English very well. Two elevators with glass view of the atrium garden while riding-very nice touch. Attached cafe for coffee/drinks/breakfast/lunch. Did not use the restaurant, but looked very nice. Smoking and non-smoking rooms.

There could be a better exhaust from the bath and a way to hang wet clothing besides using the towel shelf. Better wifi-needed a data cord. The shower head design could have more pressure or be adjustable. Sometimes it was more like a faucet than shower, but loved that the height was adjustable

Location.Metro 20 metres, carefour supermarket 20 metres. Really four star.We recommend anybody.

Amazing place, a real find. The hotel is impeccable, very well located, great value for money, friendly and lovely. What can I say, I am really pleased I stayed there (and I'm very demanding).

I really like my stay at this hotel, most important was my friend accidentally left her mobile at the hotel lobby after we check-out and one of the staff call me just to confirm if I lost my mobile. My friend was very glad as that is company handset. Our room very comfortable and very spacious for 2 people, location perfect only 5 minutes walk from metro station and and situated a bit far from city center but it is not a problem for us as metro very near and more comfortable for us because a bit quiet and rilex and you can easily find a restaurant around the hotel. Staff was very friendly with us, they show all the sightseeing how to go there. Overall me and friend satisfied with hotel and our stay and value for our money.

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and well decorated. Good breakfast in a nice area, and hotel staff very helpful, especially the front desk. Lovely room, and although view was of back streets, could see the mountains in the distance.

We would have liked to eat in the hotel in the evening at least one night of the stay, but the restaurant was closed in the evenings. Not many nice places locally to eat so had to take the metro nearer to the centre.

Quiet, excellent beds, close to the metro. Very pleasant staff.

The computer in the lobby was terribly slow, painful to use. Taking a shower was cold as there was no shower curtain to keep the heat in, just a half door.

This hotel is well situated within easy reach of the metro for city travel. It was pleasently decorated, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

A low-lit bar area for the evening would have been nice but we still used the cafe area in the evening.
