Very spacious,comfortable and clean room. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Close to all that one can need, a metro station,restaurants, cafeterias and take aways, a supermarket and pharmacies, and all kinds of one's shopping needs. Extremely poor breakfast buffet. Cutlery and restaurant tables were not clean. Very shaggy and uncomfortable sofa bed.

Good location 100 metres from Metro station, local market, supermarkets, restaurants Very thin walls (typical of Spanish Hotels) can hear people snoring + other things in adjacent rooms, changeable wifi sometimes good but most of the times very slow.

Quiet, excellent beds, close to the metro. Very pleasant staff. The computer in the lobby was terribly slow, painful to use. Taking a shower was cold as there was no shower curtain to keep the heat in, just a half door.

This hotel is well situated within easy reach of the metro for city travel. It was pleasently decorated, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. A low-lit bar area for the evening would have been nice but we still used the cafe area in the evening.

We stayed in a Superior Double Room and it's spacious, with a small corner in the room with table and chairs. The bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious. The room is very clean. It's just 3 minutes walk from the Metro stop so excellent location. Breakfast doesn't have lots of variety, but good quality.

Very impressive hotel! Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and a very luxurious feel to it. Nice friendly staff most of whom speak English. Staff at reception very happy to help.......wouldn't hesitate to return.

Even its location is on the northern side of Madrid, you can reach every corner of this city by Metro-- the station is very close to hotel (walking distance) ... Moreover,you can choose from 3 metro lines .... If you want to find something nearby,Carrefour hypermarket and Mcdonalds are just around the corner... Would love to go back... They can improve breakfast by giving me more choices... It's so boring to choose from their limited choices for 3 days in a row.
