This was our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good situation too for bars, restaurants and long walks by the sea.

This is a little jewel; the town more than the hotel. The hotel is very nice and perfectly located, but don't miss this town if you can help it. It is sleepy and charming, with a small but exquisite old town. We spent three days here and drove to Biarritz and San Sebastian from here comfortably. Great stay.

The stuff gave us great tips regarding where to eat and what to see in the area. the windows weren't sound proof and there was a lot of noise from the bar under the hotel until very late at night. There was no window or vents in the shower

Room was quiet despite the band parading down the street both days (in honor of St. James). We liked our birdseye view of the parade. It was raining both days of our stay so we didn't get out much but we did like the neighborhood. Good location for exploring San Sebastian and going to Bilbao; close to both.

The hotel was well situated in the town of Hondarrabia, not far from San Sebastian, Spain. The people of the town were great - very friendly and fun. The tapas right near the hotel were fabulous. The hotel had a good breakfast and a fabulous dinner. Highly recommended.

The room was very very close to the stairs and after 7.00 a.m. we can not sleep because we are hearing everybody up and down the stairs. It was horrible!!

Excellent location! It really can't be better, 2 min to the beach promenade and in the very center of all the cafes and restaurants. We didn't expect that Hondarribia is so nice! The staff was very polite and helpfull. We had very comfortable duplex, it was very clean. There was everything necessary for staying with young children, even the washing machine. Parking was not difficult at all. We'd like to come again and will recommend to our friends for sure.

Great, clean and spacious appartment in the middle of the hustle and bustle of hondarribia, close to the parador and the old quarter. We reserved parking which was well worth it, secured in a garage around the corner, otherwise would have been hard to find a park. Kids loved their own bedroom with single beds upstairs. Walls were a bit thin and we had noisy neighbours, but the rest was terrific.

Very clean, staff were very nice and the location was inbetween the old and the beach area and close to public transport, restaurants, shops and the ferry to France. The hotel says it has a balcony but in fact it is more a long window and not a balcony you can sit in which was disappointing.

The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful. At check-in, reception was patient with us as we explored alternatives to the quad apt (with pull-out bed) and we ended up with 2 double rooms, breakfast included, for about the same price (factoring in cost of breakfast). The breakfast itself was excellent, everything was very fresh and there was a large variety of delicious items. The waitress was friendly too. Hondarrabia is a quaint little town that we enjoyed exploring, and by car it was only 15-20 min to downtown San Sebastian.
