Hotel Jazz  

The staff is very, very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the rooms are well appointed, very clean, and functional. The wifi worked well and was mac: friendly. The hotel is centrally situated and has good access to the metro and busses. It is also easy to walk to many many of the sites. I would recommend the hotel.

Excellent location, comfort and clean room, free wireless internet, good breakfast..what else do you need? I would recommend Hotel Jazz to everyone!!

The Hotel Jazz is a wonderful place to stay in Barcelona. It's a beautifully designed hotel in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. They made dinner reservations for us at a fabulous restaurant within a pleasant walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is a delicious and relaxing way to start the day. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Jazz when I am in Barcelona again.

Problems when you are trying to go out from parking - no cameras, no button. Sometimes you should wait when somebody will arrive and push button outside.

The location is great, close to everything in Barcelona. The rooms are elegant, clean and comfy - loved the materace and pillows, super comfortable. Was missing the coffee/tea ammendies in the room. Very useful personal kit with all sorts of things you might need in the batchroom including dental kit, hair conditioner missing though.

Breakfast a bit weak, lady cleaning the food when it finished could use a bit of smile :) all the rest just fine.

The location was great and the rooms were neat. The staff was super helpful. The hotel is modern and it is not too big, but more likely a boutique hotel. This makes it really comfy. The receptionist was really helpful and her tips were very precised and true. The hotel feels like you are at home. I will stay again there.

The only one thing is that it was very hot, but we were able to turn the air conditioning on. Also, we locked the door and we could not open it. When we reported the issue, the maintanance guy came to check the problem but he never fix it. However, this is really very minor thing.

Excellent location for aerobus, walking distance to most attractions and very close to 2 metro lines for further afield trips. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower.

Rooms were very clean and the hotel is in a great location for a city break,5 minutes walk to La Ramblas and the metro to the Camp Nou.

The hotel could easily be rated as 4 stars. It has a great location, less than 5 minutes of walking from Las Ramblas, it's surrounded by metro stations, it is very close to the station for the airport shuttle. The room is just the right size, a huge bed, it is decorated tastefully and very functional. They also have luggage storage so we could leave our bags there and travel around the city. Great city and great hotel !

The location was ideal. We walked almost everywhere - occasionally we used the metro station just round the corner, but all the sights, shops and restaurants were reachable on foot. We absolutely loved Barcelona. It had a real buzz and the Hotel Jazz was reasonably priced and very central. We didn´t have breakfast at the hotel as we prefer to find a local café for a coffee and croissant in the morning. The beds were firm and extremely comfortable. There were 2 computers on the first floor available at no extra cost.

We were on the 7th floor - having read reviews about the rumbling from the metro under the hotel and the recommendations to go to a higher floor. We could only hear distant rumbling but above us was the swimming pool on the roof. On the last night we got very little sleep because of the sound of running water, like a fountain. At first I thought someone was taking a shower but it went on all night and was very irritating. I would not recommend staying in a room on the 7th floor!!
