Huge room. comfortable bed. separate tub/shower. Great location

No room service to speak of. (bad coffee when we ordered something) Staff couldn't really help with train reservations or train website.

I like the design of the Hotel and rooms. Hotel's location is a big advantage. It's good that you make sometime offers.

Although the hotel and the room were very good probably we wouldn't choose the hotel without the offer that you made. 104e instead of 150e+ per night. The only reason is that we couldn't afford it

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to Plaza Catalunya. The rooms are clean.

The overall quality based on the high price is low. There are much warmer hotels with more hospitality which are as clean and as close to Pl Catalunya for a much less price. No need to pay so high to this one.

Great value hotel, nice style, great location.

Fantastic location. Within minutes from Universitat and Catalunya stations. Airport shuttle was closeby as well. Within walking distance to El Corte Ingles where we could get groceries. Best of all staff spoke good English and we could get directions and help really easily. Love the place!

The hotel is in a great location,very modern and clean.

Rooms were clean and spacious with toiletries including dental kit. Staff were friendly and rooftop terrace was relaxing

I liked the position of the hotel , the room furnature is comfortable ,the view is perfect and the hotel resturants are excelent ,i realy enjoyed my stay in jazz hotel .

Very modern hotel in great location just 5 mins walk to the Ramblas. Very large comfortable bed with flat screen TV. Large modern bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Size of the room, Sound proofing good for blocking outside noise.

Shower personnel amenities, (soaps, shampoo, shower gel) very poor quality. A few minor items needed repair or attention. Soundproofing between rooms and hallway noise could be improved.

The staff was great. The hotel is really nice and clean. The rooms are decent size. It was a fantastic stay and I would recommend this hotel also because of its fantastic location.

The pool was a bit small but it is a 3 star hotel so it's great that it has got a pool in the first place. It could have been a bit cheaper. We paid 191 Euros for two nights and this is without breakfast but it is Barcelona so it's not cheap there in general.

Excellent service, very friendly and always smiling! Perfect Location, very near to every where in city center. Room is very clean and comfortable. This is my third time to Barcelona, and my first time with my mother. I feel very happy that I chose Jazz Hotel!!! It's really a wise choice. Ps: Specially thanks to the restaurant staff, they are very kind and helpful! :)
