I was positively surprised when I arrived in the hotel.I received far more than I was expecting. Starting from the reception, everything was very good...In my opinion you can't get anything better for the price range ...I will definitely stay here again in the future
I liked the bathroom & the bed was comfortable. .Also it was nice to wake up to have a cold juice from fridge.
We didn't like the noise from the fridge. But after few drinks heard nothing. There was no T or coffee facility.& had no bedside lockers. The fridge top worked there.Room to small & compact , more suitable for the young.no dining room or lobby to relax in evening.
I am very happy to have choosen this hotel. The price was ok. Free drinks in the refrigerator every day. Stuff very kind and helpfull.
The bathroom a little bit small. but ok. Internet and wifi free.
Frirndly Staff , Free Minibar, Good location and free city tours
Small Rooms .wifi is not stable.
Hotel is close to the mais city atractions.
There as stars on the mais entrando, so you must carry your lugagge up and down. The water on the shower gets cold after a while. Some staff don't know any information about places to eat nearby or transportation when needed.
Good value for money for a Capital City plus excellent w-fi/computer facility.
Fairly basic facilities apart from wif-fi and computer. Breakfast wasn't properly explained and difficult to understand for non-Spanish speakers.
All the different guys in the reservation desk was very helpful and friendly. The minibar (with some non-alcoholic drinks) are also included in the price. And there is a desktop computer in the room that you can use free. And the location, it is perfect!
Value of money Excellent location Comfortable rooms
Verysmall bathroom Sound from streets
LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR SHOPPING AND EVERYTHING ELSE AND ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
SMALL ROOMS AND HALLWAY. BUT, ANYONE WHO WANTS A BIGGER ROOM SHOULD GO TO RITZ HOTEL OR ANY OTHER EXPENSIVE HOTELS.
The exceptional cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the excellent locations were definitely pluses for us.
The Wi-Fi connection was sketchy, at best. Only once was I able to use my kindle while there - the connection would not work. It was VERY frustrating!
The location is very nice close to the city center and plaza mayor!!! the staff is very helpful and nice. the facilities is not that new but it's ok. The room is a little bit small but also ok. The elavator is very small and kinda old. The room provided computer with internet and also wifi. For overall this hotel is ok for me.
The computer in the room is very slow. the cover blanket is quite old but very clean though.
It is centrally located.
Do not recommend using strollers: corridor very closely, pair of stairs (8-10) must to raise
Really good position, kind staff, cleaning could be better..
It is centrally located. The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is very good and everything was clean. Good bed. It was a surprise to find a computer with free internet connection in the room, apart from the wifi connection for the mobile. It was useful to round up the plans for the weekend.
The entrance looks a like weird, but the inside is correct.
noisy and super small room, dirty blankets.. bad value for money
The staff and the hotel place is next to the main atttractions in Madrid.
The room was unclean with an unbearable smell of tobacco smoke mixed with an unbearable smell of cleansing product. I found also a cigarette pack underneath the room. I cannot understand how an establishment like that cannot have a smoke detector or not having a non-smoking policy for the 100% of the spaces. The room (San Lorenzo del Escorial) was on the ground floor. The toilette is really small. One cannot sit straight on the loo as your knees would hit the wall.
Very nice situated in the centre of Madrid, close to the metro "opera". Shops and diner places nearby. It's a small room (not to small) but if your main goal is to discover the city, who needs a bigger one? The shower was great. The personnel is realy friendly and speaks sufficient english. Ver
Bed is small, as the room. Breakfast is small and you have to walk there (3min) but after late dinner, you don't need much of a breakfast.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Size of room was good. Location excellent within walking distance to all major sights. Bathroom was tiny but clean and extremely functional.
There was no place to park the car for unloading the luggage. As the big windows faced the street, first floor we couldn't open the curtains. When windows were open it was fairly noisy. It would have been nice to have a place to put the suitcases.
