Bathroom specially complicated shower
Location and people at the front desk
Shower. It is not easy to operate
Location & staff
No tea/coffee making
Noise - the room we had was very noisy onto the street. and as the spanish eat late, they finish late, lots of talking.
i booked this hotel for my parents and they concluded it was good value for money.
Very good location and for the two days we stayed enjoyed would stay again free tour was very good
Location Room design Cheap deal
Poor service at check-in Small room Non working shower
Everything was wonderful. Great staff available 24hrs giving lots of advice and even discount vouchers. Modern room with minibar they stock with free softdrinks water and juice. Multijet shower.
The room is excellent: quite big, cozy. Also great thanks for fridge inside with water, juice, pepsi, which was added everyday. Our room has big balcony door, so we could hear everyday voices from the street. Location. Spar within 50 metres. If i have second time in Madrid, i would like to stay here again.
Our room was near reception, so from the corridor we heard every night door rings and personel voices. Also our window was in fron of the club (if i understood correctly), so that was quite noisy (just voices). Also on mornings there is traffic on the street - quite noisy. But if you decide not to open window for night, you will be sleep in silence.
The bathroom was small but clean and comfortable
The room was so small and walls were not clean.
There was a very noisy hand dryer in the bathroom (used by the staff)... They used it a couple of times in the middle of the night :(
Location Service Cleaning
Good location for visiting the city, cleaned up properly every day, free mini bar, nice staff.
The walls could use a little repainting as they has some dirt spots on them. The WiFi is almost non-existent: it either doesn't work at all or extremely slowly.
Location, comfortable beds, fridge and safe in room.helpful staff
A bit noisy because of wooden floors and stairs. Shower was hard to operate
very noisy at night! ((
The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The location is good to see the tourist places, but still very noisy in the rooms because of the crowds of people outside. The free water bottles and juice in the fridge
It was very noisy during the nights. And also, we could hear very well the neighbors and their TV during the night, I had to go there and to tell them that we could not sleep because of them. The alarming light (above the door) was blicking during the night all the time and it could not give us sleep normally. The quality of WiFi was very poor and very slow.
Very central location Very clean
Personnel not very friendly
they had mini bar for free everyday, great location, lots of things to do around, near the metro station, the AC the first night made a weird noise and they switched us to a bigger room the next day.
I like the room interior and the shower.
There are no locker, but you can ask the staff to keep your bag.
- Location! - Complimentary minibar - Clean and personal rooms - Free walking tour
- small room - noisy during the night but it's understandable because of the location
very clean located in the centre of Madrid contemporary design
Location was excellent; staff friendly and helpful. I didn't think the wifi was important when we booked but it turned out to be very useful
We booked a triple room but the third person didn't join us until the last night. It was very cramped for three....I wouldn't recommend it for a group of three for more than 1/2 days
Almost everything was good.
Shower cabin is not very good. Some water was on the floor. Luggage move to 1st floor is not easy.
The staff was not friendly as it could be in other cheaper hostals or hotels in the center of Madrid; quite rude and not very helpful indeed. Instead of a single bed, the first night they gave me a room with three beds and I realized that they did not changed the bed sheets since hairs were still on the pillows. Shower was nice and the rest was clean, but after that experience one wonders what they change or not in the room.
No help with luggage up the stairs. Being young girls and unable to carry them ourseleves
