Nice modern hotel within easy reach of city centre by tram. A bit to business like, no tea coffee making facilities in room,pool and gym not really part of hotel more for the public members not focused on leisure.

La habitación es muy amplia. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar igual o mejor que en casa. Lo mejor es poder disfrutar del gimnasio y de la piscina por el mismo precio de la habitación. El aire acondicionado por la noche estaba muy fuerte.

Bien situado con fácil acceso en coche. Hay una parada de tranvía frente al hotel para ir al centro (1 euro). Hotel moderno de bonito diseño. Buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La cama excelente y enorme. Silencioso. Fácil aparcamiento fuera del hotel. Cafetería del hotel para cenar sin tener que ir al centro. Cafetería para desayunar los días laborables junto al hotel en el centro deportivo. Inconvenientes para utiligar el garaje del hotel. La recepcionista tiene que desplazarse para abrir y cerrar si no está ocupada. Bufet-desayuno caro pero se puede desayunar café, zumo y tostadas fuera del bufet. Los sanitarios (WC y bidé) son pequeños e incómodos.

La qualité de l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, la manière de toujours vouloir nous rendre service lorsque nous avons eu de petits problèmes de voiture ont été remarquables. De plus, nous avons séjourné dans une suite, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre personnes, et cela pour le même tarif.

La cama espectacular (2 metros de ancho), el baño estupendo, moderno, de diseño, facil aparcar por la zona, 2n 3 minutos en coche en plaza circular (y si no en tranvia que pasa por la puerta), la botella de agua grande en la habitación. Muy buena elección como hotel tanto para negocios como un fin de semana para conocer murcia. Nada todo magnifico

Había probado varios hoteles en Murcia hasta que di con el Sercotel jc1. Ahora ya siempre me alojo en él. Me gustan las instalaciones y los servicios. Su ubicación para mí genial, para poder moverte con facilidad (eso sí, con coche).

Personal muy agradable.Es un hotel nuevo,de diseño,cerca del tranvía,aunque algo alejado del centro. Hay zona para aparcar gratuita por los alrededores,dispone de parking y wifi gratuito. Alejado del centro.Hotel de diseño,con la puerta del baño transparente,un poco incómoda. Por los alrededores no hay muchos bares/restaurantes para comer bastante desértivo.
