Nice modern hotel within easy reach of city centre by tram. A bit to business like, no tea coffee making facilities in room,pool and gym not really part of hotel more for the public members not focused on leisure.

Real Madrid team were in the hotel and we got some great photos! Breakfast expensive, quite a long walk into town, reception staff more interrested in being on the phones tha helping out!

The beds are very comfertable. Nice clean hotel, good facilities. Good locatian, near city. Free parking close to the hotel, private parking (paid) Breakfast: good quality Airconditioning is nog working very well. Arriving on 1 march it was 27 ° in the room. When you go out it stops working. General system would be better in this area.

clean, functional business hotel - bit sterile for leisure, but perfect when you're company is paying.Easy to park for free outside - no need to use the car park (overpriced) Very new . air conditioning was stuck on a very high temperature & basically over heating the room & hotel in general. Staff were polite but couldn't do anything about it. Had to sleep with window open & suffer traffic noise. No CN / BBC on the TV.

Es un hotel con unas instalaciones y habitación con excelente relación calidad precio, pues es excelente y barato. Nosotros fuimos porque admitían mascotas y la expeeriencia fue fantástica. Si hay que poner alguna pega es que esta retirado del centro, pero eso está detallado en la descripción que hacen en booking.

Gran habitación perfectamente equipada. Muy buen acceso/salida en coche desde/a autopista. La pena es que no tiene ningún establecimiento de hostelería en varias manzanas a la redonda (imprescindible taxi a zona restauración/noche). A pesar de la lejanía de otros restaurantes, el del hotel y el room service son de buena calidad y precio.

Confortable y cómodo. Hotel moderno, de diseño. Lo mejor el tamaño de las camas y el buen trato del personal. Aunque alejado del centro, el tranvia soluciona el problema: 5 minutos a plaza Circular.

Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Bei beiden war die Klimaanlage defekt. Wir hatten nachts 28 Grad. An der Rezeption wurden wir halbherzig vertröstet. Das Frühstücksbuffet zu € 12,50 war dürftig, das Abendessen war mehr als mittelmäßig. Das Personal unpersönlich , distanziert. Der angepriesene Pool gehörte nicht zum Hotel und sollte etra bezahlt werden. Auch unsere Freunde, die das zweite Zimmer hatten, machten die gleichen Erfahrungen.

Me ha gustado la decoracion de las habitaciones y en general todas las instalaciones ,recepcion etc las camas son estupendas por poner algun defecto esta en las afueras de la ciudad no es un hotel centrico lo recomiendo sin duda he estado alli en dos ocasiones (vamos a murcia con frecuencia pues mi hijo estudia alli )

La amabilidad del personal es excelente. Deberían mejorar el servicio del restaurante, ya que llegue un domingo por la noche y no había mas que sandwiches. Las instalaciones deportivas son casi profesionales, y si reservas con booking no cobran nada.
