The breakfast had a good selection.

The noisy bedframe that squeaked when I moved. The cleaning wasn't all that thorough as the toilet seat had the 'disinfected' sticker on it but the seat hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioning was antique.

Good value for money hotel, would highly recommend

there were almost 90 television channels and during my stay i could not find 1 English speaking channel --there was no BBC World nor CNN News channel--this was very disappointing especially as there were German and Russian television channels --

The hotel was very good value for money and as we were only staying for one night the rather small rooms was not a problem, might be different for longer stays. Breakfast was all that you could want and staff were very attentive.

Probably on the small side for longer holidays.

The Hotel was very clean and the night porter very friendly, although the staff on days were not very nice at all they couldn't even manage a fake smile. I was there for a friends wedding and was close to the church and surrounding hotels. I plan to go back to the area for a longer stay but would not stay any longer than 2 days at this hotel.

The day staff very unfriendly

Location and very clean. The rooms we got were truly horrible, though they seem to have nicer one's at the front of the hotel. Don't belive the 3 star rating. I've stayed in better 1 star in Spain.

Hotel is very dated and looks and feels like it's stuck in the 80's. Rooms are very small and smelly, windows face onto a blank white wall. Air-con could not be used because of the noise. Shower kept falling of the wall, was reported twice, but nothing done. Dining room staff grumpy at breakfast and acted like they wished the diners would go away. Breakfast fair, but a week of fried eggs,beans and streaky bacon with watery coffee left us going elsewhere.

Only gave us 1 of 3 smoking rooms requested. Aircon not working in one of the rooms. Very rude waiter at breakfast - cleared food whilst we still there

Staff very friendly, hotel very quiet but very central

del hotel el ruido de los grifos y para quien nos gusta la montaña no tener sendas para andar.

El personal que es muy amable y diligente. Y la ubicación, muy cerca del centro pero en zona tranquila.

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. No hay calefacción, solo aires acondicionados con bomba de calor ,y algunos de ellos de los antiguos, encastrados en la pared y que hacen un ruido horrible. Los muebles muy viejos. La Tv de las antiguas de 14 pulgadas y no pillan bien la antena. El baño antiguo.

Alldeles för olika standar på rummen för samma kostnad, mörkt I rummet hela dygnet vilket gjorde mig väldigt besviken, vi från Sverige åker till solen för att få bl a ljuset.

Hyfsat bra läge med nära till både strand och centrum. Serviceinriktad personal vid byte av rum. Mycket bra frukost.

Inga låsbara förvaringsboxar på rummet utan det kostade 15€/vecka att hyra i receptionen. Mycket störande soptömning varje morgon kl 0600 om man har balkong mot korsningen Chaparill - Prol Antonia Millón. Väcktes av detta varje morgon.

je trouve qu il ne merite pas les 3etoiles par rapport a d autres hotel de meme categorie,le petit dejeuner etait assez pauvre,2sortes de pains,pas de croissants et d autres couques de ce genre....confiture mais pas de choco...un gros defaut,pas de parking rien de prevu pour l hotel la baignoire n avait plus d email dans le fond ce qui lui donne en aspect de pas propre

La situacion,esta cerca de todo farmacias, playas, parques,entrada y salida de la poblacion,zona de ocio,tiendas,balcon de Europa, en general esta todo a 5 minutos andando tranquilo y sin prisas, en cuanto al Hotel es de lo mas tranquilo para descansar,sin ruidos buena atencion del personal,limpieza impecable y comida variada y bien cocinada en calidad precio bastante razonable un 9 de 10,en general si vas a descansar,descansas y si quieres ambiente y marcha pues solo cruzas la calle.

Por ponerle algo el aire acondicionado en principio te parece un poco ruidoso por ser un poco antiguo y ciertamente se puede mejorar,como segunda paga el dichoso aparcamiento dificil pero es en toda la poblacion debido a la afluencia turistica y cuando se esta de vacaciones como no hay prisa pues se aparca aqui o alla que mas da.

Le aspettative riguardo alla struttura dell'hotel sono state migliori di quanto letto nelle recensioni su Internet. La camera spaziosa in buona posizione e con un grande terrazzo (fortuna?); l'impianto di condizionamento d'aria ben funzionante. Per quanto riguarda la cena, nulla di eccezionale ma nel complesso buono.

Las fotos mostradas en booking no se corresponden mucho con el hotel , el chico de recepcion por la tarde nada mas llegar no fue nada amable , la tercera cama que teniamos alquilada no estaba hecha y la unica solucion que me pudieron encontrar fue la de darnos las sabanas y que la hicieramos nosotros ¿¿?? !!!

Todo el personal eficiente,amable y cualificado,habitaciones limpias,confortables,sin ruidos y con un buen buffet..

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in maggio, al termine del tour dell'Andalusia. La struttura dell'hotel è un po' datata e richiederebbe qualche miglioramento, a partire dal condizionatore antiquato. La nostra camera, dotata di balconcino con sedie, aveva mobili scuri che conferivano un aspetto vecchio, diversamente dal mobilio moderno visualizzato sul sito e sul depliant. Discreto il bagno, manca il minibar. La hall è carina e in maggio si trova parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo all'hotel. La posizione è buona, a dieci minuti a piedi dalle spiagge occidentali di Nerja e dal Balcon d'Europa.

Il condizionatore vecchissimo è assolutamente da cambiare, posto ad un'altezza di oltre due metri, ma senza telecomando e con filtri sporchissimi. Insufficiente la qualità della cena e sarsa la colazione.

Het hotel is erg gedateerd wel schoon slechte informatie we kwamen aan het einde van de vacantie er achter dat er op het dak een zwembad en zonnedak was het is erg op engelse toeristen gericht zeker het ontbijt

No corresponde con un 3 estrellas en absoluto, se queda en Hostal

The location was good , near to all amenities .

The air conditioning was useless .The door handle in the bathroom was dodgy and I got stuck in there for 10 mins , also the door came off the hinges in the bathroom 3 days after my arrival and I asked twice for it to be fixed as I was sharing with my son it was a huge privacy issue and it did not get fixed before I left . I have never complained about a hotel before and am using booking .com for 6 years +
