Price and location
Just not clean enough, and we are not fussy.
The location was good. Nice staff
Air conditioner... a bit old and not effective.
Location good, no private parking available but able to park on street outside hotel for small cost. Hotel accommodtion clean but fairly basic as reflected in price
No restaurant facility available at hotel during stay, but plenty of choice else where.
Originally very luxury and nice old hotel in perfect position close to the city, comfortable and clean beds,
air condictioning - not works at all, staff unable to react, very poor cleaning, dirty floor and indoor parapets, i
Location superb Very clean Excellent value for money
Lack of effective air conditioning.
In the old town, close to the centre, quiet, I had a small room but furnished very nicely with attention to details. Lively area with bars and restaurants just around the corner.
Bathrooms need updating, cracked lavatory pan. Plug sockets hanging off the wall. Floors not very clean
- the room is very very small and no window. - the air-conditioner is controlled by the staff but not the guest. It was very hot in day time but cold in mid-night.
Location can walk most places in Jdrez from Joma. Friendly local feel to the street. People very helpful and friendly.
This hotel needs a make over e.g. Curtains did not pull all the way. Beds not too comfortable. Some attentiion to water and sewage might be needed.
No functioning Shower..No WiFi .. No functioning TV .. No functioning AC .. Very Dirty .. No individual pillows available .. Very loud traffic noise and banging of security awnings preclused sleep.. Staff were fairly indifferent to any of these issues. This is not an acceptable place to stay. Had to move out to another hotel after one night.
I like location close to nearly everything.
the shower was to small, no sink plug, no ac, no bar, no breakfast
We got what we expected. Good location, clean room.
The elevator was very small and slow. Staff smoking in the lobby. We had a triple room which was incredibly small. To get to the shower, you basically had to climb over the toilet.
It was very hot in our room we had to ask for the air condition to be put on it was useless we had to ask for a fan which was on a timer so it turned off in a short time . I asked for a morning call at 8 am didn't receive it .
The hotel was quite run down. There were no facilities to buy or make drinks Breakfast not available even though advertised
flushed the toilet and the bath filled with it
Over priced but hiked up for the gp any other time I'm sure it's great value for money staff very helpfull would stay again
It is what it is can't really compare lucky to get a room on that weekend
Dirty but what can you expect for 29 euros.
a lot of noise
location was good and price low
room smelled of mildew . could not get rid of it with open window. mould was visible on the wall. no hot water . unpleasant staff .
price and place in the town - near the railway station. good internet speed.
no air condition - too cold in room. No speaking english personal.
