Welcomed back like old friends! Given a suite instead of standard room as we were staying a week. Great food, free tapas with drinks in the bar. Great base for skiing. Will go back again!

Great and friendly staff. Very clean. On site parking. Great price compared to other hotels in the area...I Checked out the two other 2- star hotels in Pinos Genil and didn't like them compared to this hotel, so I went for another night at this hotel...because it was cleaner and friendlier. However, it is a bit out of the way (extra 10-15 minutes) for getting to the mountain to ski...but not too bad.

The shortcut road to the mountain from this hotel is winding and steep, and we couldn't do it without tire chains as it had snowed that night.

Great Value

Get a room at the front of the hotel as they keep chickens at the back and they are up before the sun!

The location was great very central. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

We found that not many places were open for food but with tapas given to you for every drink it didn't really matter

Location

we have stayed here a few times and will do so again. Perfect for the sierra nevada ski resort but at normal prices. This is a vibrant village and the hotel is right in the centre with it's own car park. The family are always welcoming and the tapas are superb. Can't fault it.

Rooms were clean and equipped adequately for our needs. The extra bed requested was comfortable. Nice, friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Close to centre of village so could walk out to have a look around. Car parking next to hotel at no exra charge. Great location for Granada and Sierra Nevada. Very good value

Very friendly and helpful staff (feels like a family run place), clean, spatious rooms with AC, wifi, TV-set (bathroom with shower), large social room with great views of the town, plus roof top terrace, large restaurant downstairs (great dinner menus), extra seeting outdoors, small swiming pool behind the hotel, own car park (great assett in Guejar-Sierra, capacity about 10cars). Good location for mountains (both walking and skiing from Pradolllano), Granada (Alhambra 20min drive), town centre two minutes away. Decent breakfast (Spanish standard plus fresh fruit)

I would have preferred to have a bathtub, still shower was fine as well.

We were given a very large room with terraces to the east and west. It was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the village life going on about us. We also enjoyed a trip to Pica Valeta and the mountains. It is outside of Granada but that is the way we like it rather than staying in the city itself. The breakfast was adequate but the evening meals in the restaurant were excellent.

We have limited Spanish and they have limited English. Can I suggest that in this day and age hotels such as this could have available in reception the ability to cross the language barrier by means of a computer based translator like google translate. Would make things a lot easier for everyone. The internet service in the room was gar from satisfactory.

We have stayed at this hotel on previous ocasions and have always had a wonderful stay. The staff are brilliant, friendly and efficient, the food excelent and the service and cleanliness beyond reproach. All in all one of the best hotels we have stayed at and will no doubt be returnng in the near future.

Great location in beautiful mountains and also close to Granada. Clean and nice room with big bathroom and balcony.

Great pool small but welcome after a days travel

air con wasn't great but with nets on the windows you could open them without the threat of being eaten alive by mosquitoes

Me ha gustado prácticamente todo

Había mucho ruido en la habitaciones y pasillos durante la tarde, por lo que era imposible descansar. En general el nivel de ruido procedente de las otras habitaciones era muy alto.

Personal muy agradable y amable. Precios de cafetería excelentes -teniendo en cuenta que con la consumición te ponen tapa- y calidad de la comida buena. Desayuno estupendo. Habitaciones sencillas (recias) pero agradables, equipadas para el frío y el calor.

No hemos encontrado nada importante que sea negativo.l

El pueblo en general, la gente muy amable, la comida de casi todos sus restaurantes muy buena. El personal del hotel extraordinario. Conozco el hotel de hace años, estado ya seis o siete veces.

El trato ha sido muy bueno. Nos han ayudado en todo y hasta nos invitaron a un chupito.

Falta un teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción.
