Staff was friendly. Hotel very attractive nd room comfortable. Abut far from the center of town, but great for parking if you have a car. Restaurant looked good but too expensive for our budget.

A vey pleasant hotel, we would highly recommend, a lovely and spacious room with parking nearby. A very good experience for us Check amenities list; breakfast was to be available for euro 5.90 but was not. Be sure to provide a receipt for payment at check-in; there was no desk clerk at 9:00 when we left, and we were unsure that we were okay to leave.

The food remains excellent, still the best baby goat I have eaten- and the wine list superb. It retains a very traditional atmosphere and quality of service. A short walk into the historic centre of Baeza.

La verdad es que solo ibamos a dormir, ya que estabamos todo el dia fuera, lo mejor creo que la situación no estaba lejos del centro de Baeza y habia mucho silencio con lo cual se descansaba muy bien. Ya digo que solo ibamos a dormir y no puedo decir que no me gusto porque no estuvimos el tiempo suficiente como para haber algo que no nos gustara.

Me ha encantado el restaurante, en cuanto a la calidad y servicio. El hotel está limpio y acogedor y el personal agradable. Está un poquito a las afueras, pero no viene nada mal el paseito al centro.

A pesar de que está retirado del centro del pueblo y con una carretera al lado, se estaba muy agusto. La comida es excelente, y el trato inmejorable. En su época fue un gran hotel y necesita algunas reparaciones. No hay ni caja fuerte ni minibar. Deberían revisar los conductos del aire acondicionado, llegaba mucho olor a tabaco de otras habitaciones.

El hotel estaba muy limpio. Tanto las instalaciones como la habitación. Deberían cambiar los colchones que son bastante duros e incómodos. Las ventanas tendrían que tener más insonorización, nos tocó una habitación que daba al tejado de una gasolinera y cada vez que soplaba el viento sentíamos las chapas moverse y no había forma de coger el sueño. El personal fué bastante correcto y eficaz. En cuanto a la ubicación está alejado del pueblo pero muy buena si vas a visitar Úbeda, ya que está justo al lado de la carretera. En líneas generales no está mal pero podría mejorar algunos detalles como los que expongo más arriba. Los colchones son bastante duros e incómodos. Las ventanas tendrían que estar más insonorizadas. La luz de los dormitorios era bastante escasa.

Poca cosa En general no me ha gustado casi nada. He estado en varios hoteles de Baeza y sin duda ha sido el peor. El mobiliario super antiguo. La cama y la almohada muy incómodas. La televisión minúscula. La calefacción (por llamarla de alguna forma) fatal, me quejé 2 veces pq no calentaba nada, más bien echaba aire y hacía mucho ruido, así que me subieron un calefactor pequeño a la habitación. El baño muy antiguo y para ducharse muy mal porque no salía el agua caliente caliente, salía templada y encima con el frío que hacía en la habitación... También bajé a quejarme un par de veces pero no me lo solucionaron mucho, subían un poco la temperatura del agua pero no quemaba!!!

Lo que mas nos ha gustado el Restaurante, tiene una gran calidad con un Menú de degustación de platos de la tierra, exquisitos. La situación a las afueras del pueblo, lejos del centro turistico.
