The hotel is right in the city centre. The reception staff were very pleasnt and helpful. The noise from the street was horrendous all night. To be expected maybe from a city centre hotel, but for the amount of sleep we got we may as well have slept on the street.

The hotel was right in the centre of town. The walk up to Alambra was a bit steep but worth it .

Good location. Small rooms, and not very well maintained. The bathroom had just been renovated but it was renovated in very poor quality.

Location was fantastic and so was the hotel staff. Very helpful and gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the Alhambra. Easy to get to the Alhambra and other city attractions. You don't need a car but if you have one there is parking available at the hotel.

View of snow covered mountains from our balcony on front bedroom, floor four, I think we were kindly given a better room with bed about 2m wide. Underground car park is convenient but expensive 18 euros. Short walk to everthing in city centre. Breakfast was hyped up but was just standard big buffet.Rubbery scrambled egg was packed with raw garlic chunks. Coffee machine was a bottleneck.

Location My experiences were from bad to worse: - the elevator is 5-6 steps from the ground without the trail to drag the luggage - the room furnitures were old and I found a piece finger nail on the bed sheet - the walls were super thin. I could hear people talking in the hall and the noise of hair dyer/ toilet flush from the next room

Very close to city center and Alhambra (15-20 min walk to Alhambra, 6€ with Taxi), very good and large breakfast buffet incl. Cereals, scrumpled eggs, champignons, rolls, croissant and several pastries, cheese, sliced sausages, different kind of teas and coffees. Quiet although at a main street, very friendly staff. Still a bit expensive compared to other offers in other cities, but competitive among Granada hotels, shower sprinkled in several directions. Very expensive parking in parking deck around the corner.

Excellent reception and efficient booking in. Good breakfast Bedrooms dark, smaller than expected and a little gloomy, sandwiched between two busy streets noise of revellers at 4am a nuisance. We did ask for a qiuet room. Booked rooms with flowers and champagne Only recieved champagne after reminding staff no flowers materialised. Furnishings tired and dated

Good location for city visit. The double beds are not only narrow, but also very short. I am not a giant with 188 cm, but it was way too short for me. Also it is not mentioned on the hotel's site that the on-site garage is only for small cars. A Citroen Berlingo simply could not fit under the low ceiling. We had to go to a public parking house a few blocks away. Not very convenient to drag all your luggages in rain (!) on a busy pedestrian shopping street between the hotel and the parking. I only recommend the place for short people with small cars.
