The location was very good. Once parked, the car was not needed until we left. Entrance to car park was tight to say the least, but safe and secure, and well worth the extra fee. |

It is very close to the main areas of town. My room was slightly dark and facing an inside courtyard. But considering I was not often there, it was perfect. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (they were very patient with my poor Spanish, considering their English was perfect)! It was in a good location for the cathedral, markets, shopping and buses. The area was also good for tapas and reasonably-priced, very spanish, friendly eateries in the nearby Calle Navas. |

The staff, from the reception desk to the maids, were very friendly and helpful whether they spoke english or only spanish. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the conference center or popular plazas for tourist activities. Room close to the elevator was noisy due to the physical movement of the elevator at all hours. This could be disturbing for some although it was no problem for me |

Good package of services assembled for a good price. We has a lovers package that included champagne and snacks in the room plus breakfats for 70 euros. The car park was full and I had to park in a public car park which gave me difficulties with my luggage. I requested a parking space at the hotel and none was available. |

The rooms were cleaned regularly to a high standard and the staff were helpful and friendly and avialable at all times. We booked a double room and it was two single beds put together! |
