Hotel Juma  

Excellent location overlooking the town square of Pollenca.Traditional style building with comfortable furnishings. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was superb, central but in a pedestrianised square so no traffic noise - wonderful boutique shops and Sunday market and loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from, perfect for a short stay.

It is so convenient - right in the centre of Pollensa but 5 minutes walk from very good bus service into Palma and on to the coast to Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. The Cafe Juma serves very good food and the staff are very attentive.

Hard to find as the hotel has changed its name...no signage for "hotel juma" ...... parking difficult also

Safe storage for bicycles. Very friendly staff.

Sunday morning Market in the square directly outside the hotel started being set up at 6 am.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral, direkt am Marktplatz. Alle interessanten Punkte sind leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Sauerkeit ist top! Das Frühstück ist zwar kontinental, aber bei Bedarf kann man auch zusätzliche Dinge wie Eier, Jogurt, Speck etc. erhalten. Bei uns hat das auch ohne Aufpreis geklappt! Super. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Mit dem Parktplatz ist es etwas schwierig - aber wir haben immer einen gefunden. Die Rezeption ist leider nicht dauernd besetzt - das war etwas schwierig bei der Abreise, weil wir früh abreisen mußten und daher am Vorabend abrechnen wollten - haben aber noch ein Frühstück auf das Zimmer bekommen - das ist top!

Buena ubicación para recorrer la isla. La habitación estaba siempre muy limpia .mobiliario de habitacion y baño sencillo pero suficiente.No hay mostrador de recepcion pero las 2 chicas que nos atendieron tanto a la llegada como a la salida fueron muy amables y competentes.

La calidad de los productos ofrecidos en el desayuno es un poco baja, aunque está compensada con la maravillosa terraza en la plaza mayor de pollensa donde se sirve

La habitación era excelente. No estaba en el Hotel Juma, ya que nos ofrecieron por el mismo precio una habitación mayor en el Hotel I'Interior (que pertence al mismo hotel), a apenas 50 metros del primero, en un edificio muy bien reformado y decorado que dispone de ascensor, muy de agradecer cuando se viaja cargado de equipaje. La persona que nos atendió fue encantadora. Estaba ubicado prácticamente en la plaza mayor del pueblo. Me encantó Pollença, volveré sin duda . El coche podía aparcarse en las inmediaciones sin problema, en la calle a pocos metros, sin necesidad de pagar parking.

De la habitación del hotel no hubo nada que no me gustase. Por comentar algo del hotel no volvería a cenar en el restaurante.

Bella posizione, strategica per visitare la parte a nord dell'isola. Lontano dal giro turistico. L'hotel si affaccia alla piazza principale del paese, subendo il rumore della piazza stessa, così come le attività di preparazione del mercato la domenica mattina. Colazione all'altezza dell'albergo, molto completa e curata. Consigliato per una vacanza alternativa ad alberghi "alveari".

Hotel situé en plein centre ville sur la place principale du village très typique, avec des restaurants en terrasse forts sympathiques. Bonnes prestations, petits déjeuné très copieux. Une bonne adresse à conseiller.

Mais quelques difficultés pour trouver une place pour se garer a proximité de l’hôtel.

Todo perfecto en el hotel (bien situado, acogedor, agradable) pero, sobre todo, me gustaría destacar sobre todo al personal. Sandra, la chica que nos atendió, es encantadora y muy agradable y también la persona ocupada del desayuno. Dado que además es una localidad preciosa y el entorno es fabuloso, repetiremos en cuanto tengamos oportunidad.
