The location is great - just across the road from Sants Station but it was also surprisingly quiet. The rooms were a good size and the apartment had everything we needed for our short stay.

There is nothing that I could describe as negative about this place!

Excellent location, comfortable apartament.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the city of Barcelona. They were able to provide information about local restaurants and the easiest way to access central Barcelona. Apartments situated in a great for location for getting taxi's and the best thing was the apartments were walking distance from Sants station with direct links to the city airport. Room was very comfortable and we liked the fact that there were kitchen facilities for preparing hot drinks and a light breakfast. Also enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Asked for room for 4 people - we received two single beds and then a fold up sofa bed. 4 single beds would have been better.

The real thing is much less stylish than pics, pics not that representative. Hotel offer us an "upgrade" to apartment while we booked a suite, we requested to stay at our booked suite but got refused because they dont have enuf staff to tidy it, they said they dont tidy apartment!!! What an upgrade... Apartment is uselessly big that things are loosely attached to each other, shower without door, we wet the whole floor towards the living room

Location is very good, easy access to attractions via subway, quiet neighborhood...

the room was dirty, dust everywhere, no cleaning during your stay, very very slow internet connection...

Location is good - you can reach Barcelo Sants in a minute, and still it is a quiet place.

We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay for longer. The facilities were good and the location quiet, in spite of being so close to the railway station (Sants Estacion). The surrounding area was also quite nice with places to eat and small shops - not what you often get close to a railway station. We felt safe and comfortable. Convenient for the train back to the airport.

Good location next to the train station and also next to a Sight Seeing Bus Stop. Supermarket and other amenities nearby within 2 minutes walking distance. The area was not crowded. We had a duplex apartment which was very spacious and clean. The staff spoke very good english, we courteous and available 24hrs.

Entrance to the the parking was abit complicated to fine but not a major issue. Kitchen towels and a boiling kettle would be helpful to have.

Huge room and very easy to find within walking distance from station. big kitchen - you could have a household round there.

We liked the huge windows on our room and the fact we could open a door and walk out on a big balcony. Definitely a plus for anyone who likes a light, bright, airy, large room. Also liked the swivel flat screen tv and large refrigerator. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.

The hotel is oddly modern and some elements feel cheap or a little tacky. We had no problem looking past it, but asthetically it made us want a prettier environment. There is nothing close if you want to grab something quick from a store, and no restaurant. We had to buy coffee pods and milk from a vending machine in the lobby. Cab ride from airport was 25 euro, so taking the aerobus from the airport to a hotel nearer the heart of Barcelona would have actually been cheaper at 5.60 each.

Friendly staff, confortable, quiet, spacious and clean apartment, kitchen is well furnished, balcony with a nice city view, great location (2min by walk from train station and metro) and a safe parking space. We highly recommand these apartments!

Poor Internet connection

Stylish, comfortable and a great, helpful staff. The apartments are great for business meetings. Adjacent to the Sant train station yet quiet and restful.

24 hour checkin. Great location, just next main metro/train station. Very well fitted out, nice furniture and decor. Quiet.

Very slow/poor internet service (worse than dial-up), meaning its almost unusable for business - even email. Reception was functional and spoke English but not particularly welcoming.
