Beautiful red stucco building. Modern. Spacious and striking entrance. Delightful and attentive staff. Well kept gardens extending down to the beach with swimming pools and restaurant/bar. Bedroom spacious, with large balcony, and excellently serviced. First class food served in a wide variety of restaurants.

Location - fair way from gibraltar, málaga, ronda The beach (if you call it so) is terrible - dark sand and quite dirty. The 'beach' chairs need retirement! The breakfast coffee should be better. The room had neither coffe or tee. If you don't chose a sea front room (wich is marvelous) you end up with a noisy room, for the hotel is too close to a sort of highway.

Location, staff are excellent ground stunning service excellent Poor quality food at the pool bar all other restaurants are in keeping with a five star hotel, but the pool bar doesnt even register a one out of ten. The quality and price were not right and should be avoided at all costs

We arrived at the hotel late evening as our flight was delayed. However all staff were very kind and helpful. (Reception, spa, restaurant and house keeping staff). Tapas were very good!

Hotel enfocado a turistas alemanes. Pocos turistas españoles. Lo mejor las piscinas, el desayuno y lo cómoda que era la habitación, con una cama fantástica y excelente insonorización. El personal encantador y nos pusieron toda clase de comodidades para la estancia con nuestro bebé. Había pequeñas obras de mejora en el hotel. No fue una cosa terrible, pero pienso que en pleno junio ya tendría que estar todo listo. Un hotel con estos precios debería cuidar este tema. Muy mal que no hubiera internet gratis y que los precios en general fueran tan altos. La playa es mala. Hay que coger coche para todo. El spa muy pobre, apenas una piscina calentorra, sin circuito, ni jacuzzi.

Attraktiver Bau direkt am Strand gelegen Direkt an einer stark befahrenen 4-Spur Schnellstrasse (A7) wirkt der Verkehrslärm störend zur ansonsten ruhigen Lage Die Aussenanlagen und Einrichtungen sind mässig, der Strand gar nicht gepflegt worden. Das Aussenmobiliar ist veraltet, teils nicht funktionstüchtig. Über alles gesehen OK, aber nicht wirklich gut und vor allem weit weg von der zu erwartenden KEMPINSKI Excellence

Ze geven werkelijk prima service, alles is ok en dan gebeuren er toch een paar dingetjes die de gehele indruk schaden. was beetje grieperig en wilde fles appelsap mee naar kamer. Die hadden ze in de bar.Mooi. Maar op de rekening voor deze lauwe fles stond maar liefst 21 euro.. wat ook jammer was dat het ontbijt dat vanaf 7.30 geoepend was niet vanaf dat tijdstip volledig beschikbaar was. De kok om eitje te bakken was vaak in de hoofdkeuken bezig en het duurde soms bijna half uur voordat we een gebakken eitje voor ons kregen.

Lo que más me ha gustado además del entorno, del diseño, limpieza del hotel, es el servicio de todos los trabajadores, su profesionalidad, su atención es lo que más destaco de mi estancia, también los menus de los restaurantes, su concina nos ha encantado. Volveré a repetir.

Vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel. Ruime kamers en prima verzorging. Ruim ontbijtbuffet. Een klasse hotel. Soms zijn er meer gasten dan bedienend personeel. Met name in bar en lobby geeft dat wachttijden en het serveren van het eten leidt daaronder.

Die Zimmer aufs Meer haben eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Autobahn. Es hat zu viele Kleinkinder -> zu laut.
