authentic looking and clean hotel just outside city centre the receptionist did not seem to be very service minded; only after explicit request was the lock on the gate from our balcony removed, which was quite a safety issue for us as this served as a possible fire or emergency escape. this concern wasn't immediately shared by the staff member. although the rooms were kept clean, the beds were as hard as stone! |

Access to Valencia Bathroom floor under sinks not cleaned properly, with some strands of hair clearly visable. |

Rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed. Facilities like pool, sauna, gym were clean, tidy and well maintained. Hotel restaurant had a good menu. Had a garage or if full, parking could be found on street if you perservered. One staff, Nacho, spoke 5 languages. |

It looked good and wasn't too far from the metro The menu was set so there was little choice if you wanted to eat at the hotel (although we never tried to so there might have been another menu other than the one displayed in the lift) |

the room, the airco, the bathroom, the breakfast. The location was good, near the beach and near city centre. the water of the swimming pool was not clean. The receptionist was not friendly. The room was not so clean. When we looked out of the window in the room we didn't had a view but we looked to a wall :-( which is not nice at all. |

I was pleased that the hotel front-desk employees all spoke English well, and that they were very accommodating of my needs during my stay. I also enjoyed the ambiance of staying in a traditional Spanish hotel that has effectively blended modern comforts while preserving the character of the facility. It was a unique experience I would recommend to anyone who enjoys traditional styling, excellent service, and a concierge who knows your name. |

All Reception Staff spoke English and were very polite and helpful We found it was a long walk to most of the Attractions. |
