Vi bokade icke rökare, två månader i förväg, och fick ändå ett rökrum eftersom alternativet "bara var ett önskemål". Mycket dåligt! Dessutom ett tråkigt läge långt ifrån den trevliga äldre delen av Valencia. |

clean, free wireless internet access, location - close to conference centre but not as expensive as some other hotels in the area, staff were helpful cafe was very small and food wasn't very good eg breakfast |

Wireless access Not a great location busy main road in a very commerical area does not take long to walk to the old town 15 mins nothing to do in this area at night -quite easy to find though from metro station |

Good value hotel in reasonable proximity to historic centre. Room was overly fragranced with artificial air freshner and the beds uncomfortable beause of waterproof mattress cover. |

Spotless but characterless, the hotel was fairly close to the old city and was reasonably priced. Free 24/7 access to computers but no access to a printer to print on-line check-in. This proved to be quite an inconvenience in a city which seems to possess few working printers containing ink. |

althoug there is a lot of traffic outside, the room is quiet; for us within walking distance of the old city centre, during the day and at night the parking facility under the hotel is far too narrow for any normal sized car (parking outside in the street proved possible); we did'nt try the breakfast because of the negative comments, the cafeteria-facility is not very alert: the hotel has no lounge (no problem, but good to know) |
