Peace and quiet and close to some amentities The hotel was generally ecellent, the rooms were adequate and clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The only failure was in the dining room where the presentation of breakfast could have been better and the so called hot food was not and the selection poor. The other disappointment was the lack of room service, limited. Would recommend it to others but would explain the defifiencies |

good price, friendly and helpful staff and ease of access to tram and to alicante unfortunately the hotel filled up at the week end with hundreds of kids doing what kids do. It was the national tae kwon do championship. But the stay was still great |

Convenient location near beach, Esplanade, city center, etc all within walking distance. Nice balcony with view of Castile Santa Barbara. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. |

Closeness to the Centre of Alicante and the beach. The beach was easily walkable and the Centre was one tram stop away. The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. |

The price and location are good. The staff are quite unfriendly and you really need to speak some spanish to get by. I couldnt manage to make my request for a "pot of hot water" understood even though I was trying to say it in Spanish and the staff make little effort to communicate. No cold milk at breakfast either. Quite noisy too. |
