Charming place with it's own soul

Location (beautiful scenery, quiet) Very nice rooms

I didn't see the waiter smile even once There are a lot of cyclist in the area and the hotel doesn't even own a pump! The kitchen doesn't open until 20:00 so getting a snack during the day is impossible

We really enjoyed the peace & the friendly staff are helpful. The indoor pool was fun with gadgets for the child in you. Resturant food was lovely & recommend the fish soup starter & gild head main . Was fantastic & we'll be back.

We were there in Orient Mon/Tue & only Resturant open was our hotel for evening meal. You can't walk to another eatery easily so you feel stuck there unless willing to travel by car.

The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our booking and it was sorted in a very professional manner. The food was excellent. We had booked a table in two famous restaurants in Mallorca and the dinner at the hotel was better. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was peaceful and with nice views of the mountains and only 25 minutes from Palma and the airport. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we had fresh flowers, free fruit and free wine.

The Room had quite a lot of character but some minor details could be improved. Power of the shower could be better and the temperature of the water fluctuated. Wifi connexion was slow probably due to the fact that it is located by the mountains. Because the room door was very old (and beautiful) it didn't close perfectly and we could hear any noise outside the room. As with the majority of hotels-spa, in our opinion, the spa was average.

A peaceful location. Staff helpful and attentive. Hotel situated in remote location with lovely views. We stayed half board and the food was excellent. Overall a lovely stay.

This excellent hotel set high in the hills at Orient was a peaceful haven set in expansive well kept grounds. The staff were helpful and attentive without being intrusive and the food and wine was very good.

We thought the lighting in our room was a bit subdued My wife had to sit out on the balcony to get enough light put on her make-up.

I liked everything, it was perfect.

Just one minor thing - a copy of the the guide to the hotel, & surrounding area including walks should be in each room. It was kept in reception and we were not aware of it until several days into our holiday.

The staff are warm and inviting. The hotel is charming and quaint. In addition it is quiet and peacful. The spa is a wonderful way to relax after a day of walking or a trip to the beach (by car). Finally, the restaurant was excellent food and service.

L'Hermitage hotel was an excellent stay. THe staff were very helpfull and friendly, especialy Juan who always greeted us will a smile and made you feel very welcome. very quiet round the pool, not ideal for children but was very relaxing for couples.

My husband and I booked a last minute break at the L'Hermitage, both desperately needing a relaxing break where we could unwind. We were not disappointed. It was a perfect location, with uninterrupted views across the mountains. The only sound from our balcony was birds and crickets. Our room was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, and great air conditioning (vital for ladies of a certain age!) We ate in the hotel most nights as the food was fabulous. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. I would definitley stay at the hotel again.

The only criticism would be that the decor in our room was rather tired, particularly the bathroom. We also couldn't get satelite tv in our room. Not really 4*. Having said that, it was really spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I think the rooms in the other annexe may have been of a higher standard.

this must be the best place on this earth..we go twice a year to get our "feel good factor fix" !

Peaceful location - good for some serious relaxing time, or for hill walking if you fancy it. Rooms well appointed, although some noise can be heard between rooms. Food good - probably worth taking the half board option if you are going for 2/3 days longer than that would be too much repetition.

Stunning location, beautiful buildings / rooms and communal space. Excellent facilities / pool / gardens and spa. Restaurant with varied and imaginative menu very sensibly priced.

Beautiful location, peaceful, lovely man on reception. Had booked a massage in advance which was incredible. From then on, the only thing planned was to relax.. in the indoor pool (out of sun!!) outside hammock, outide my room (converted stable block?) comfy bed, white linens, welcome wine, and fruit basket Recommended

We have stayed at l'Hermitage before, and just had to come back, we love this place. Perfect for relaxation, excellent food, professional and nice staff.

furchtbarer Filterkaffee beim Frühstück, riecht nichtmal nach Kaffee. Für externe Gäste gibt es Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine, für Hotelgäste auch nicht auf Nachfrage, Restaurantpersonal nicht sehr nett

De bediening in het restaurant was ondermaats/onvriendelijk en niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van het eten en het kader.
