Excellent room, very comfortable, good bed, quiet. Good underground car park (it rained a lot during my stay !) with lift direct to rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff who all spoke good English.

Bilbao rush hour traffic !. More German tv channels than English !!

I liked really good interner wi fi. Good design interior. Not bad location - by metro 20 minutes, after 10 minutes by walk, but seams not so long way. And very close, may be 200 meters there is a big mall, which work till 10 pm.

The hotel suggest very expensive breakfast, but in 50 metres have a bar.

The room is divided in 2 different spaces, 1 with the bed and the second one with a sofa, a TV and a lot of empty space. not very practical if you like to watch tv from your bed. minibar and small fridge didnt work and an army of ants invaded the room so avoid bringing any food into the room.

A convenient overnight stay for onward ferry journey back to uk, once you master the way in from the main road in front of this modern structure. Check-in was smooth, our allocated (disabled) room being perfectly fitted out. Sound-proofing was excellent with no disturbance, even though we were on the flight path from Bilbao Airport, and opposite a night club. Dinner was extremely good value, 15 Euros for 3 Courses including Wine and Water, although the menu was not inspirational for a 4* Hotel

No Bar - plenty of lobby seating, but the Mini-Bar in the room got well used! Only 2 coathangers in the more than adequate wardrobe.

Clean and modern. A great final stop before the ferry home.

Arrive with any supermarket stuff you need for the ferry (there is a fridge in the room). There aren't any supermarkets within walking distance.

en general la impresion es buena

Me ha gustado el hotel en general, la habitacion estaba muy bien, decorada con gusto y moderna. Pedimos cama doble en vez de dos camas y nos la dieron sin problemas, era comoda. Desayuno no lo cogimos, pero aunque el hotel esta bastante aislado hay un bar justo alado, que ademas esta muy chulo y puedes desayunar mucho mas barato que el buffet. No hay problema para aparcar fuera. Para cenar puedes ir al centro del pueblo (Getxo) con el coche y tomar pinchitos.

Necesitas coche para todo. Bueno hay una parada de metro a 10-15 min andando, pero nosotros llevabamos el coche a la boca de metro para visitar bilbao y asi estupendo. Otra cosa negativa esque tenian la calefacción en la habitacion demasiado alta y no se podia regular.

Es fácil aparcar en la zona, tienen un menú de comidas y cenas por 15€ que está bastante bien. El desayuno muy bien aunque son 9€. El bar cercano tiene unos pinchos muy buenos, cuando fuimos podías pillar 5 pinchos por 5,50€.

Desde la habitación que nos tocó se oía el ruido de los coches por la autovía.

Buena zona de aparcamiento, bien situado, tranquilo.
