Comfortable, warm room right in the heart of the historic city centre. Close to many restaurants and local attractions
car parking quite a walk from hotel with baggage.
Loved (again) the wonderful location of La Casa de la Trinidad. Almost next door to the beautiful cathedral and within easy access of the magnificent Alhambra. What more can I say! Reception staff excellent, comfortable rooms, beautifully clean and well priced. Loads of places to eat very well in local vicinity at reasonable cost. An annual trip for me now as I've fallen in love with Granada. Truly magnificent!
I have no criticism to offer. This hotel deserves a great rating!
very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, very nice hotel
nothing, all good
Just about everything
Bit picky I know but the extractor didn't work in the bathroom
The hotel is on a small square with a pretty park and several restaurants. It's a one minute walk to the Cathedral and next to a fashionable pedestrianized shopping area and numerous restaurants. It is also a very short walk to Plaza Nueva and we were able to walk from the hotel to the Alhambra. We were glad we didn't choose a hotel in the Albacin since there would not have been as many choices for places to eat plus there would have been long walks up and down the hill in the dark. We had the sole attic room on the top floor with a view over Granada's rooftops and mountains. The room was quiet and private. One of two elevators goes to this floor. Good choice for Granada.
I felt a little isolated from the rest of the hotel and I felt a little claustraphobic because of this even though the room was a good size. This is a very personal reaction though and the location of the room probably would not bother most people.
When you're traveling to Gradada this is the perfect place to stay!!! If you are looking for place central located to all shopping, food, entertain, etc....
Was not there long enough to give a comment...
i have made a booking for 3 nights at the end of oct-beg of november 2014. first was given a noisy and smelly room. asked to be moved, was moved to a room with bad smell. all of the rooms and the whole hotel smell badly. this is because they use some kind of smelly cleaner. could not sleep much of the night. asked the hotel to give me the money back for the 2 remaining nights, due to smell. they said no. left the hotel in any event, as not possible to stay. hotel staff would not hear of that. will challenge the booking's payment with my credit card. moved to another hotel in granada, without the smell.
The staff were helpful and the rooms are very quiet despite street frontage.
They wouldn't help us book Alhambra tickets. Because you can't book using Australian credit card we were hoping they would book a ticket for us but we had to take a tour for this to happen. The tour was not worth the money. we heard that other hotels were happy to assist in booking tickets.
The staff here was outstanding, especially the gentlemen at the front desk. They were very helpful and they know their city very well. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood so getting out in the evening and enjoying the culture is easy and fun. Make sure to try several of the Tapas Bars that are close by.
I never did get used to the 2 twin beds pushed together... Why not just one full sized (or queen sized?) bed? Definitely not a big deal, probably just my American way of seeing things.
Location was spot on, couldn't be better. Lovely contemporary hotel, staff were so helpful. When you are only there for a few days you want to get the best out of your City break. They recommended, cafes, restaurants and must see sites and they didn't disappoint.
Bed was too hard.
Very spacious & quiet Junior Suite on the 4th floor. Excellent quality of breakfast buffet. Discreet but friendly & helpful staff. Good quality wifi.
Nothing to report.
Carlos was extremely helpful in helping with all requested arrangements, e.g. flamenco tickets, airport transport, restaurant reservations. And he had a great attitude in dealing with multiple guests at the same time. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean.
Top floor bedroom (501) with side view of Cathedral & rooftops. Quiet, we were able to sleep with windows wide open & lovely fresh air coming down from the Sierra's.Helpful receptionist on arrival.
No mirror in Bedroom, or luggage rack. Quite minamalist for 4*.
Nice rooms and the hotell is near almost everything in Granada. Plenty of restaurants near by. The staff helps with tickets to Alhambra if you book early in advance.
Decor, location, staff, says it all.
Location very central - friendly staff - service level excellent
Everything was perfecto! The room was very comfy and I slept like a baby. Carlos was a sensational host and a very patient teacher of Spanish -gracias again Carlos. I will definitely stay here with my family next time I visit Granada!
Friendly helpful staff and central location
Rooms need full length mirrors. Bin in toilet was rusty.
very friendly receptionist, perfect location, very nice and spacious room
parking a bit far away, but bearable
Carlos at the front desk was a great help pointing out restaurants and tapas bars in the area. Good quiet, comfortable room.
Very beautiful hotel and room - true flavour of Seville. Right in the heart of the old Town - attractions within easy walking distance. Staff friendly and efficient.
Wifi didn't work very well in the rooms - was fine as soon as you stepped outside the door.
Great location for sight seeing, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very smart and have great en-suites.
Could do with putting a mirror over the desk for doing your hair, as the only mirror is in the bathroom and if you or your partner has just had or is having a shower you can't see for the steam.
Very helpful staff (Carlos) Beautiful building Great location
Good location near center
