Everything looks very nice from the outside, but in the rooms there are a lot of things which do not function well or not at all because of insufficient upkeep e.g. the airconditioning kept going out despite the high temperature in the room, the showerhead was broken, the hairdryer did not function, in the morning we got hot or even hotter water from the tap, cold water wasn't available. We stayed for one night with two couples- one room was of decent size with a decent sized bathroom and good twin beds, however the other room was obviously a single room, very small with a small 'double' bed and an even smaller bathroom. Because the airco didn't function properly it got very hot during the nighttime. The price of both rooms was the same and considering it was already too high for the decent room, it was far too high for the small room, especially since it is only a two star hotel with not that many facilities. The hotel is not suitable for less mobile individuals.
The moroccan style food is excellent. The hotel lies in the middle of a very nice village. It occupies an interesting building with lots of levels, stairs, nooks and crannies.
