Good position to explore the city Charmant location Great availability for early arrival time Toiletries from l'Occitane en Provence (cool!!!!) Big poster bed
No lift (but it is an historic home)
The bed was not very good, that the only thing we dit not like.
Everything is perfect.I lived The surper room .so nice and clean.the shampoo and bath gel all are locatan.
The hotel's phone has some problems, can't conect well
not alot of variety with breakfast
Friendly staff Comfortable bed Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast
On arrival the staff couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and give us advice on what to see in the city. Very central in a lovely part of Seville and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, bars etc. Breakfast was really good and the service was first class, and very friendly.
Hotel with character! Personal attention from the staff and a great location.
This is a wonderful old place with charm and character. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were there for 2 nights and would definitely return. It is a little out of the way, but we enjoyed the walks to the Alcazar, Cathedral and Parasol.
It wasn't a problem for us, but be aware there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor.
The character of the hotel, the staff the excellent breakfast, lovely lounge with real comfortable leather seats, the decor, the situation and the sinks.
it took quite alot of time and retracing steps to find. more specific instructions would be useful for technophobes who like to walk from the bus station! thank goodness for several kind Servillians who spontaneously stopped and offered help when they saw us looking puzzled, one even rang the hotel!
Hotel is very nice. Location was good.
Go up and down the stairs with luggages.
1) Breakfast was really good. 2) Good setting for the car park 3) Good toilleteries (Occitane)
1) They charged us 25pct without our knowledge where as the booking was to pay upon the apperance (we were not late) 2) The room on second floor named Juncales was humid apparently there was a leakage from the roof. It could have been seen on the outside 3) Room was extremely small. No place for big luggages. 4) WC stink all the time without any reason (though we aired for the whole night)
Small and charming hotel. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the Cathedral, Palace, bars and restaurants by foot.
The church bells nearby was a bit annoying at night.
Spacious room (Tierra Minera) - nice balcony facing a pedestrian street.
The Tierra Minera bathroom has a single window facing the common corridor, which can be inconvenient.
Relatively quiet location and a small hotel with character. Comfortable relaxing room. Helpful staff and a nice breakfast. And all at a very good price we thought. We would definitely use it again if the price was similar.
We had specifically requested not the red room but we got the red room. But it was actually fine.
The location of the hotel was great. It was very easy to visit all the main sights by walking. The staff was also very friendly, the breakfast was nice and the hotel was a great choice to spend a romantic holiday.
There was nothing I didn't like. If I have to choose something, I would say that the breakfast room was a bit small.
Family feel Good service Good location Roof terrace
air conditioning not working properly smell in the bathroom
Comfy bed. Great shower and nice L'Occitane toiletries and a good location for tapas bars/shops and sights within walking distance.
Old building, damp smell in our room (Superior double, blue room - "Gitaneria Arabesque"). Light fixtures not great. Wifi signal intermittent. Breakfast very basic Spanish/Continental.
Nicely decorated, super comfy bed, well located = great boutique hotel.
the feel of the hotel; the area; the breakfast service; helpful reception on arrival
that there was no wi-fi in the room and that the reception was shared with another hotel which meant that minor questions were not easily answered; no black-out blinds on the window opening onto the lit courtyard
Friendly staff, very helpful with useful tips for us as first-time . visitors to Seville. The room, though not large, was very attractively decorated and furnished complete with a four poster bed. I had contacted the hotel in advance to say that my husband was coeliac and the hotel provided him with a gluten-free breakfast. The hotel was also very central and in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.
We loved the hotel but we didn't enjoy the city. We can't put our finger on why -we just didn't. That is unusual for us as we are enthusiastic travellers.
