The apartment was great. Spacious, clean and well equipped.Lovely courtyard. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is very central.

Comfortable beds and quite spacious for centre of town. We had a good discount so much nicer for our family to stay here rather than in a small hotel room.

We had a bedroom and a loft, so it could have accommodated 4 adults very comfortably. The location was excellent, so easy to walk everywhere and so close to the shopping district and markets. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the washer/dryer came in very handy.

It took about 12 hours before the whole apartment was well-heated - perhaps because it was so big. All the hot air gathered in the loft, so the living area and bedroom was quite chilly the first night.

Spacious, clean, great amenities, lots of natural light. The two bedrooms and two baths were ideal for us traveling as one couple and another family member. Location was close to all the downtown attractions and shopping while still being in a quiet location. The staff were fantastic, top notch service and attitude. We would highly recommend this apartment to friends or couples traveling together.

Parking could be a little closer but that goes with being in the historic core.

It was in a very convenient location and the staff were great. The apartment was very well planned and had all the amenities we needed.

We took the train into Seville Santa Justa stn and if we didn't take the transfer service it would have been quite difficult to find the apartment, especially at night. Make sure you can contact the apartment beforehand if you check in after 8:30pm.

Self catering is great as we could just do your own thing and spend time with our student child in relaxing surroundings.

This is a good place to stay for a city trip. Location is good, the staff is very friendly and the accomodation excellent from a price/quality point of view. The appartment is well furnished, spacy and in good condition. Sevilla is a difficult place to drive your car in. We liked how the staff approached the arrival procedure. Good information exchange upfront (parking advise / walking directions / phone number / ...) and good contact in the evening of arrival. As there is no onsite reception in the appartments, make sure you check the arrival process upfront.

This was an excellent place... Some occasional noise in the street but we think there was a party going on a couple of blocks further. The street is basically car-free so the noise should be limited.

Location , big , nice and clean apartments for a great price, next time Sevilla, again Pozo Santo !

Fantastic little apartment with everything needed and close to shops, food and major sights. Really loved it!

Only that it and the nearby carpark were so hard to find and get to and that we had a way to walk with all our luggage. Maybe notso great if you have a car?

Great location in the historic area but quiet as it is on a short side street. The apartment has great historical details and is very spacious. One of the best places we have stayed on our trip to date. Special mention for Maria who met us on our arrival...very helpful and kind...a real pleasure to deal with. This Maria for a great stay.

can get some noise from other guests using the glassed in courtyard...but after speaking to Maria it was quickly resolved.

The apartment was clean and very well located and the service for pick up from airport and to train station at the end of our stay was friendly and punctual and well worth the cost. Central location and excelent response to any enquiries.

The apartment was large, well equipped, beautifully decorated and furnished, with a rustic feel. It was a cool refuge from the extremely hot Seville weather during the day. Our apartment was on the top floor, so we appreciated the lift. The foyer is a typical Seville courtyard, cool and inviting. The apartment was fitted with a washer/dryer, very handy for travellers. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and the pedestrianised street leading to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Staff, when on site, were very friendly and helpful.

The wi-fi did not work in the room, and coverage was sporadic in the foyer too. The washer worked well, but we could not get the dryer to work (despite reading the instruction booklet several times). There is no parking on site, and the recommended parking station is 500m away from the apartment. The narrow, one way street system in the vicinity of the apartment proved too much of a challenge for our gps to find the apartment without backtracking and retrying several times.

Comfortable for a short stay, excellent place - silent but near to everything in the old town.

Situation géographique, calme, plein centre

The wifi connection was really bad, the bathroom should be refreshed and wasn't clean enough.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The service from the staff was excellent, they spoke english and they explaned everything very well about the city, about the buses, we got a map from the staff, they are a sort of tourist office as well. You can also buy ticket for a show at them.

Un appartement en ville au RdC qui est bien équipa mais avec un peu de bruit des véhicules passant devant vos fenètres et un rafraichissement qui serait bien venu même si l'appartement est très correcte. On est en ville et à moins de 15 mn du centre touristique dans un quartier calme le soir

consiglierei di prenotare al piano rialzato per via della finestra in camera da letto che si affaccia direttamente in strada.
