It is a beautiful hotel well situated and well signposted The breakfast was poor and the waitress did not wait - although there were only 4 tables of 2 or 3 guests you had to go to the bar to order your coffee and she shouted at you to collect it when it was ready!

This is a pleasant, chilled hotel set in the heart of historic Baeza. The staff are friendly and discreet, and the hotel itself is a lovely mix of traditional and funky modern. If you're into the area (i.e. not touristy, very Spanish), then the hotel will suit you down to the ground. Terrible shower screen design meant the whole bathroom floor was soaked every time the shower was used - we had to use towels to stand on which was a bit of a nuisance (room 108 - other rooms may be different). Breakfast is 8 euros per person, but nip to any nearby Spanish cafe and you'll get breakfast for two for around 5 or 6 euros. Bed was a little creaky for...couples.

Hotel was unique. Staff was very friendly. Ceilings were pitched so you needed to watch your head. Cute hotel in a little town.

This was a charming little hotel in the very gorgeous small heritage town of Baeza. We drove through here on our way from Valencia to Andalusia and the south of Spain. Baeza and Ubeda are worth visiting and a little bit off the normal tourist track, right in the middle of the olive growing country. Great value for money, comfortable room, nice little swimming pool and outdoor courtyard. Good breakfast in the morning included in our price. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We also found a car park just immediately outside the hotel which was a bonus! We had a fantastic meal across the road with lots of locals sitting outside drinking and eating tapas. Never seen waiters work so hard and fast!

This was our second visit and it reminded us of what a very good idea it was to repeat the visit. It is a delightful hotel (although no dining room but a very pleasant breakfast area) in a most evocative and historic Spanish town.Certainly the best place to stay, at a most reasonable price, if you want to visit this particular area

Hotel La Casona del Arco is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Baeza. Our room was a great size and very tastefully furnished. There is an amazing seating area in the courtyard with comfy sofas and a coffee table. The sunbeds were well padded and next to a beautiful little pool which was much appreciated after a busy day sigtseeing in baeza and ubeda . The only downside was that one of the windows in the room was at floor level and the other was too high up to see out of !

Large, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Very good location in the historical centre of baeza. We parked near the hotel for free; this might be more difficult during the summer/high season. Nice staff. Quiet location. Wifi. As, inside the hotel, most of the rooms are situated around the nice patio, at night it might be noisy.

The hotel is in the center of the city. It's a very charming hotel, well maintained and the staff is friendly. The rooms are beautiful and so is the bathroom. You can park your car for free in the streets surrounding the hotel. The breakfast buffet is nice. The towels in the hotel are lousy. They do not absorb any water at all. There is a flatscreen tv, but it is about 30 centimeters. So very small.

This boutique hotel was very good with very pleasant staff. The room we had was fantastic and very private. Although there was no lunch or evening meals the breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of very good local restaurants.

La Casona del Arco is a gem. Superbly located, the hotel is near everthing of interest; it has been fully modernized in a way that allows complete enjoyment of its significant historic charm. It is extraordinary value - nothing like it in our last month of travelling in Spain this spring (or during the previous trip). Nothing. We even found parking easily nearby on the street both nights.

Lovely small hotel which is very tastefully decorated. Love the clock in the lounge. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Am really pleased we chose it. If you can't park in the street you will have to use the hotel car park which is quite tight to drive into and out of.

“The location in the centre of Baeza was excellent. Although the inner courtyard was being re-tiled the work being done did not impact on our visit at all. In fact we intend to re-visit on our next visit to Andalucia in late September. The menu of the day was exceptional value and well priced to entice you to eat at the Hotel. Our room was clean and of a good size.” Maurice, Nuneaton |
